Overall good except for the TV and remote control which have some issues. They were however rectified on the same day. My son and I were bitten by some insects - not sure if they were bed bugs. Suggest you have it checked. There were cigarette smell in the living area - however the Manager claimed that this is normal :(.

I have been coming to this hotel in September for 2 years. This year, they charged me an extra 550 dollars because I smoked on the balcony. Their excuse was that they couldn't sell the room the day I left. They had to air out the room. Even though the cigarette I smoked on the balcony had nothing to do with the room. Moreover, the state will impose the fine. I guess they think they are the state. I have never been satisfied. Customer satisfaction is zero.

Bed/mattress sunken down, both need replacing Definitely not a 5 star experience Hotel has a mould/musty smell, disguised with sprays. Breakfast experience - omelette, eggs come premixed in a vacumm plastic bag, not made fresh on site. Taste really, really bad. Bread was already stale, spongey at 9am Crossiants dried out Cappuccino was poor, Juices all concentrate all super artificial-sweet $65 dollars for breakfast, super average food. Mosquito larve floating in the swimming pool Mosquito all around pool (despite claims of fogging every morning) multiple bites Concierge, stand around, no urgency, watched our nanny load the suitcase in the taxi, while our 4yr old was next to her. Even after highlighting and saying, can u help, they were slow to respond, no apology offered
