"Luvattu ilmastointi puuttuu. Laitteet olivat mutta ne eivät viilentäneet ollenkaan. Ratkaisuksi henkilökunta antoi avaimen jolla saa ikkunan auki.. Ikkunaa ei kuitenkaa voinut pitää auki liikennemetelin takia yötä ja aamulla huoneessa oli yli 24 astetta lämmintä. Saimme hyvityksenä ilmaisen pysäköinnin. Tämä ei mielestäni kata aiheutunutta mieliharmia huonoista yöunista. Huoltohenkilö kertoi että kyllä se toimii ihan samallalailla kuin muissakin huoneissa. Muutkin asukkaat valittivat samasta aiheesta. "
