Definitely NOT the boutique hotel experience that we are used to. Extremely loud area of downtown! Blinds were torn, still worked but ugly. Only one elevator worked so wait time was long. Parking is a JOKE for this hotel!! Would not recommend and we will not be staying here again when we return to SF.

We had a lovely visit to Sioux Falls and really enjoyed staying at the Hotel on Phillips. Our only complaint is that the Treasury (the hotel bar) was not open on Sunday as that spot is a wonderful place to visit.

Contemporary & comfortable!
It is a very nice, contemporary type hotel. The vault (bar) in the main lobby is a really interesting and grand part with a cool story behind it (the building was a bank & office spaces). The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom! Downtown location was very nice, a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and shopping (my wife was thrilled). Although we were there for only 1 night I'm sure we could have enjoyed a long weekend in Sioux Falls. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room is very small and has no closets. We were a different crowded with our clothing and other luggage. Also, not optimal to go on a Sunday because the cute bar in the hotel is closed on Sundays as well, as several of the restaurants were closed on Sunday, however, had dinner at Crawford’s only one and a half blocks from the hotel and it was excellent. The bathrooms are huge and they could easily hang some kind of rack in the bathroom to hang your clothes on.
