Nice, convenient to everything in town, large lobby for waiting, room was clean, sunny with large windows. I’d highly recommend the Westmark.

Five stars!

I am a germaphobe when it comes to hotel rooms and I was pleasantly surprised how CLEAN my room was! The carpet was the biggest joy for me as I didn’t feel the need to keep my feet covered like I have in other hotels. It seemed like they really took care of everything I could need, wouldn’t change a thing!

There was no air in the room. Thank you for the floor fan! I had to replace my door key 4 times. The handle on the door was semi-functional. There were half a dozen hairs in the tub. There were two remote controls to use for the tv with no instructions for use (had to use the source button)

OK

One of and handful of hotels in Sitka. The room was clean, comfortable, and somewhat dated. It is expensive for what is offered but all of Alaska is. My only issue was that the room was supposed to come with breakfast. They had in room coffee but that’s it.
