Nice interior, rooms were spacious and well laid out and comfortable. Staff were also friendly and assisted with any queries we had quickly. Great location - right in the middle of town, easy walking distance to everything. Underground parking available for a flat rate of a couple of euro for our 1 night stay. Very nice feature was a water fountain they had at the end of the floor near the lifts - and they left a jug in your room, so you could refill it as you wish. This was very appreciated, as we are heavy water drinkers and usually have to buy bottles at a local shop. If staying in Sligo again, I would check this place for availability first.

A very nice, beautiful spacious room. Only problem was a plug beside a mirror to dry my hair. Temperature control for room was excellent, bathroom was clean so very happy with stay and will be back

Our terrace room was beautiful, bright, and quiet. The staff members were always kind, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the bus and train station, Hawkswell Theatre, pubs and restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Sligo.

Accommodation and amenities made this a comfortable stay. However Restaurant and Breakfast really let this place down. We tried an evening meal once and would not consider this option again, food was below average and overpriced. Breakfast buffet very poor presentation and quality. Considering the room rate we expected better, and especially when we were told that if we wanted Espresso coffee, we would have to pay extra - totally unacceptable for this class of hotel.

Sligo a great place to visit
I had booked a room with a balcony but it did not have an accessible bathroom so I opted for the accessible bathroom. The view was lovely but alas no fridge. We enjoyed dinner downstairs, boys enjoyed cod and chips with several glasses of Guinness and I loved spicey chicken wings with the Sicilian Pinot grigio. Finished the meal with Irish coffee. Wonderful
