Poor right from entering the car park. Dirty and awkward to park. Awkward and long journey to reception with luggage. Poor arrangements for queuing to reception. Rooms old and unclean.

Arrive about an hour before check in but the manager was able to let us check in right away which was great because it was a long flight and we were in need of a good rest. Also the buffet breakfast was great with lots of excellent choices.

Be Careful . . . Read the Fine Print
The stay was fine. However, we were under the impression (given the name "London Heathrow T5") that the hotel was in the airport (like other hotels). It's a fifteen minute cab ride away. We would not have booked our stay if we knew that. We needed to be at Terminal 5 to catch our flight home.
