Stayed for one night, the only downside was the lift was not working. Was at the hotel for an event so it was convenient to stay. Breakfast had a selection of hot foods. The room was clean and comfortable, id stay again.

Ok Hotel but badly in need of a refurb
Stay was reasonable however hotel was generally in need of a refurb with paint on doors quite grubby, also stains on the ceiling and an air con unit badly in need of cleaning. Bed was quite uncomfortable. There was also no bottled water in the room.

I stayed here because I had an event close by and it seemed convenient. Little did I expect the issues I would face. Non-working toilet, no hot water in the sink, a shower that only had scalding hot water, gum and debris embedded in brown g, a window that wouldn’t close, the constant smell of burning wood fire, a party that went to 1 am, scratchy towels, a breakfast that I couldn’t eat (ate a stewed tomato and coffee) and countless other issues. And this was after changing my room Twice!

A lovely Hotel close to Windsor with friendly staff. Our bed was quite uncomfortable which was a shame as overall this is a nice hotel.

Good stay, friendly and comfortable
A good hotel to tour film locations around Pinewood and Black Park. Ample parking, drinks terrace & garden, cosy restaurant with limited menu. Food prepared well, nothing fancy. Rooms are decent & clean, perhaps looking a little tired around the edges. Bed mattress soft. Good all round stay, friendly and courteous staff.
