Beth was an absolute delight at the desk. We had lunch at The Locks, food was delicious we reserved a table for dinner. Excellent servers from lunch to dinner and complimentary breakfast! They were very friendly and amazing! Very great experience while we are at Perth. I can definitely say that Best Western is the best place to stay at Perth! The pool was fantastic and the room was so clean and the jetted tub was very relaxing!

The Hotel itself is very nice, close to restaurants and main street. However, we were in room 101. It was right next to the kitchen and there was noise as late as 10:30 at night and as early as 6 AM. The food item we wanted at the hotel restaurant was not longer available, and the hamburger we got was overcooked (burnt around the edges). We booked this room on May 16 and checked in on Aug 20 at 3 pm. Is the reason we got this terrible room because we booked thru Expedia??? This shouldn't even be a room.
