Dirty bathroom. Bug on bed looked like a roach. Did Not check in. Took keys go look at room. Asked for refund. There were A lot of unsavory people on motorcycles. The receptionist told me I need to call the you because I booked thru you.

Great location! Wonderful manager/owner from India who spoke perfect English! That's a huge plus these days! Not advertised with microwave & frig but they were there! Close to restaurants and downtown Smyrna. Would stay again if ever in the area.

I stayed here when there was a music festival going on in Dover. Other hotels closer were going for as much as $800 a night if you could find them at all. The owner of this place was super nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Highly recommend.

Staff was extremely friendly and willing to accommodate our last minute reservation when our camping was rained out. Very simple motel, good location in terms of hopping on and off the highway and there’s a pub right next door within walking distance. Bed was comfy and shower had good pressure. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a place to rest your head. Only 15 mins from Dover raceway. Again the staff was super friendly!

clean and cool room in humid Delaware summer!
Stayed here with family as two couples in separate rooms. The location was perfect for an event we were attending at the motor speedway. Food option's, drug store and coffee spots in walking distance. Family owned and operated motel, secure & clean rooms, fresh linen offered daily, and friendly manager! Would return and recommend for future stay.

I was in town for two nights while my daughter had a lacrosse tournament. We spent very little time in the room other than to sleep. The room was basic but clean. It had a medium sized refrigerator, which I appreciated very much.
