Dear Guest, if you are not Anonymous, I could check your complaining and could give you more personalized answer. I’d like to inform you after each check out we canceled pre-authorization deposit immediately and there is delays of bank procedures which is normally taken from 3 to 30 days depending of banks. If you email me with more details as your name I promise I will personally investigate your case.
