Spacious One bedroom Guest House centrally located in the Santa Ynez Valley

750sq. ft - One bed/one bath guest house located on 2 acre property. Heat/AC. Bedroom w/queen size bed, desk, dresser, walk-in closet, porta crib & fans. Living Room W/50-inch smart TV W/complementary Hulu, Espn & prime video, wireless Internet & games/books for the family. Fully furnished kitchen (no dishwasher) along with a dinner table. W&D in home. Private entry, free designated parking, fully fenced yard with grass, & patio area & beautiful views. Linens & cookware provided

Our family of 4 lives in the main home located in front of the guest house. Your area is fully fenced so you may not see us but you may still hear us out and about tending to this beautiful 2 acres or hanging outside enjoying the sun. There are a few animals on the property, our black barn cat Diesel – our apologies in advance if he brings you a gift, text me and I am happy to come over and take care of it, Our teeny tiny 6 pound guard dog named Foxy & about a dozen hens. Want some fresh eggs? Let us know and if the girls are happy & have been laying, we would love to bring you some. Some of the surrounding properties have roosters & other farm animals you may occasionally hear. During the months of March- Julu we also have a few pigs & turkeys. We are near the local High School and on you may hear the cheers from the stadium!

We are located at the end of a private shared road. Speed limit 5 MPH

Check in is 4pm (Contactless entry) & Check out is 10am
(early check in available upon request but not guaranteed)
Quiet hours of 10pm to 7am are greatly appreciated

We want nothing more then your time in the Santa Ynez Valley to be unforgettable, were here to help in any way we can. Need something you don't see in your home, need restaurant or wine tasting recommendations etc. feel free to ask. Need a few groceries before you arrive? I'm happy to shop for you for a small charge. Large gourmet market/Deli & coffee bar, YMCA & public tennis courts are located a half a mile away. Along with several places to bike & hike.

Wine Country Stay
My wife and I spent 2 nights in Santa Ynez while visiting a few wineries and enjoying the area. The guest house was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Location was perfect as it is very close to Santa Ynez and Solvang restaurants, in addition to the local Santa Ynez Valley wine area. Would highly recommend for a couple.

Perfect, charming cottage
This delightful property is situated close to everything in the Santa Ynez Valley. Very private, it comfortably sleeps three and is provisioned with all the basics. Free WIFI and TV channels are available if the weather is rainy. Erika, the owner was immediately available when we had questions. I stayed there with my adult daughter and young adult granddaughter and this met our needs in the best way. It's airy, light, evenly heated and attractive. We would definitely return

What a wonderful experience
Great area/location, easy check-in/out, clear and easy communication with the owner. Everything in the house is well thought out and taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is one of the best organized and taken care of home rentals we've stayed in.

Had a great weekend at this property! Everything was very clean and pretty private with it's own little yard. We had everything we needed. And the microwave popcorn was a welcome treat. We had a wonderful weekend wine tasting with friends. Would stay here again!

Lovely farmhouse style home for a quiet getaway.
With great access to the Solvang downtown, this gem of a place was well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the holiday vibe during Thanksgiving & night sky full of stars which was truly incredible! The GPS announces the address on the opposite side of the road for some reason, which confused us locating the house at first (the green board is not too visible in the dark). But with some prompt communication & guidance from Ericka & her husband , we quickly found the entrance which was super helpful. All in all, highly recommend Ericka’s place and would love to visit again some day. Thank you!

Weekend getaway
