Ski in ski out! The Avalanche ski lift is right behind the building with tow rope access to take you to the other side of the mountain on the Hidden Valley Resort! Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms! Central AC for summer comfort!
Located on the second floor in the Summit Vista building, this condo is perfect for a getaway any time of year. Great views during ski season, the lift is right outside the back deck! Warm your bones by the fireplace, firewood supplied. Don’t like the cold? The property has central AC to beat the summer heat. Only minutes to the golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and playground, all free to use!
The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a tub, walk-in shower and views of the ski lift. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed while the third offers two twins. The common bathroom has a tub/shower combination with hair dryer on wall.
Whether skiing, golfing, or just relaxing, this is the perfect place to share with family and friends!
Basic cable in the living room only, must sign in to own streaming accounts on all smart TVs. Jets in master jetted tub do not work but the tub can still be used without the jets. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED, Must be 25 years old to rent, deposit required. There is no elevator in the building so guests must use the stairs.
