Front desk clerk name Jennifer was very unprofessional. She called me and my family names. Accused me of treating her like slave when I only asked her to prioritize checking us in because it was getting late for my kids bedtime. We decided to not stay because how she made us feel terrible. She doesn’t belong to hold customer service job position.

The property was outdated and over priced. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom room smelled like smoke. The room was extremely small.
