I was looking for an affordable place to stay with some friends that wasn't too far from New York City, and the Delta Marriott Woodbridge was absolutely perfect! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Tasha helped us at the front desk several times throughout our time here, and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped us get some extra towels that we needed, provided affordable dinner recommendations in the area, and was very kind each time I dropped by to ask about something. I will absolutely be back!

Beautiful property!! Pros: Spacious rooms, clean, great amenities, restaurant on site. Cons: Guest interrupting check in flow simply because they grabbed a water or snacks. I find it rude considering you see people waiting to check in. Nonetheless the representative at the front desk navigated well and did her best to accommodate all parties. Unruly children. I went down to the fitness to get in a quick workout. During my workout, children entered and was jumping on the equipment, running around, yelling and screaming. I had my headphones on full blast and could still hear them clearly. Lastly, there was only one elevator working out of three.

I wish I had a better experience at this hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn’t great. I had some questions, so I called earlier in the day and got sent to a voicemail. A few hours later, I tried again with the same result. I eventually reached someone, but they told me I needed to speak to the hotel directly, which I thought I had called. It turns out I was routed to the general Marriott number and was given the same number I had already been trying. After multiple calls and pressing zero for the operator, no one answered. When I arrived, check-in was painfully slow. They couldn't find the reservation for the person ahead of me, leaving one agent at the desk. We also had to pick up our stuff and move to a different pinpad to insert our cards for the deposit for some reason which only added time and people hauling large amounts of luggage past each other to sign. Although I prepaid for a King Room, they told me only an accessible King or two Queens were available. After a long day, I just wanted to relax, but I found hair in the shower, which grossed me out. The shower didn’t drain well, leaving standing water. Then I found more hair on one of the comforters. I ended up putting my shirt over the pillowcase. The lack of cleanliness made it impossible to unwind. The hotel itself is nice, but with customer service issues, slow check-in, room availability problems, and cleanliness concerns, I won't be staying here again. It’s also making me rethink Marriott hotels in general.
