Read some reviews and a few of them are bad but when I got the hotel it was fairly clean and the staff was friendly and the everything around it was quiet overall not bad of experience

Unfortunately the quality of the room and the hotel itself leaves little to be desired. The room and hotel is quite worn. What’s more is the odor that permeates the hallway when you step off the elevator. The room is slightly better. There is obvious wear and tear throughout the room; dust and stains apparent. The coffee/breakfast service offered is lacking as well. Luckily most of my time was spent away from the hotel otherwise I would have checked out immediately.

This is the most horrible place I've ever stayed as a hotel. From the door entrance to the room itself was filthy. If I didn't have to attend a funeral the next morning I would have checked out immediately but instead we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and slept on top of the sheets because they were unclean as well. I checked out a day early and was told that I could not get a refund or the second night. Awful! Awful! Horrible! Dirtiest place ever!

This property cancelled my reservation on the same day and insisted they called me yet I did not have any missed calls or voicemail from them. When I asked the front desk person what I should do given that this was the homecoming weekend for RU and it was difficult to get a replacement room elsewhere or the price would be at least double the price of my weeks-early reservation, the employee just repeated that they were overbooked. Expedia-i have never, in my years of using your service, experienced this unprofessionalism from your hotel partners. Drop this partner! It's the most awful experience I have ever had in my many travels!

This was a last minute booking, customer service has been a plus during my stay, Crystal, Jazmine and Sherry give hotel customer service at Extended Stay 100 % comfortable. These ladies go beyond to help your stay as comfortable as possible!!
