I was not happy that i was not told about the pool being perminately closed. It was one of the reasons that i chose this hotel. The breakfast was lacking, i wish there were some better choices and it was not stocked rapidly as the items were running out. Besides that, everything was fine.. nice hotel, would stay again

Residence Inn as a whole has gone down in overall appearance and quality or just this one? Since when did they start giving paper dishes and plastic spoons for breakfast? Since when did they start charging for water bottles? There are so many weird and not-so-good things about this hotel - no cabinets under the kitchen top, no cutlery, and the vanity area was so cramped. Stained walls. I will really hesitate to book Residence Inn in the future.
