The balcony overlooking the garden and river was very nice, it only had one chair unfortunately so my wife and I couldn't sit out there to enjoy breakfast. It was west-facing so it made me wish I could have gotten there for sunset. :) The room had both a sunblocking and sheer curtains. The pool was pleasant enough but maxed out at 4ft. The garden area had a couple lounge chairs on a mini raised deck for enjoying the sun, a playset with swings for the litte ones, a couple Horseshoe pits, and a half basketball court. Also there was a lovely gazebo and a good expanse of grass. The room we had was a king bed which was reasonably comfortable. The worst was that there were not usb ports on lamps or something and I had forgotten my charger block (I did discover a couple usb ports on the back of the TV that I could use, but of course I had to turn in the TV to charge my phone ) the room had lots of outlets which was a refreshing change. The refrigerator worked well as did the microwave. Part of the trim was falling of the wall and there was a spot on the screen door where fingers had gone through but aside from that it appears in good repair. We didn't hear the neighbors, if there were any, so I can't say about the soundproofing. I do wish that balconies with lights also had switches so that we could sit out there in the evening without feeling like we are onstage, but that seems to be an overlooked pleasantry at many hotels we've been to. :( Overall it was a pleasant overnight.

Dont come here

The place claims that it's rooms were newly renovated and I would love to know how. the door to the bathroom doesn't fit because the door is too big for the door frame. the iron leaks water so I couldn't use that. I did notice that L brackets which are standard for putting a shelf together, was what was holding up the sink. the room was poorly lit with only one lamp and is nothing like the pictures they show online. the place also wreaked of marijuana. I would go on and on but what really freaked us out was the fact that my husband went to get food and I was in the room waiting for him and I watched a cockroach walk across the wall .we left the next morning .I'm going to say judging on the place ,and the people in the groups of cars in the parking lots, that this is a welfare motel and they let everybody in .thank God I will never be coming back. I see other people have made similar comments and all these management people do seem to just say I'm sorry- give us money back, but I think at this point I'm going to report this place , because it was filthy and disgusting

We rented an executive suite with a balcony. Ample but unfortunately unclean space.The hotel required a $200 deposit at check in that was undisclosed when the room was paid for and reserved 6 weeks ago. They refunded at check out but I could imagine that would be a difficulty for someone who wasn’t prepared to have that sprung upon them. Pull out sofa bed was filthy and slept in. Floors not vacuumed. No chairs for the balcony but we brought our own and did enjoy a nice view and evening.

shower came out of the wall and 90° splashing on the back wall 4 feet up in the air all the tiles in the bathroom were popped and or broken the whole area around my room smelled like marijuana

The room smell like cigarette, poor tv connection. There was a lot of commotion early morning people screaming and slamming doors. Won’t be staying there ever again.

Melissa is the girlfriend you never thought you needed in your life. She’s so compassionate and understanding and genuinely a nice human being as well as all other staff. It makes you feel like you’re at home. Which is what iI needed at this time. Thank you all for a great place to rest my head and calm my worries.

The phone in my room was not working . When I pulled the comforter back there was a little bug on the inner side of the comforter. The bed table handle, was broken off they had to change our room out
