The Neighborhood:
This amazing property is located in the middle of rolling vineyards just minutes from downtown beautiful Sonoma! Take a leisurely stroll up the road to Gundlach Bundschu winery, the oldest continuously family owned winery in California. Enjoy the spectacular views, the fine wines, and the easy walk back home, no driving needed! A pleasant amble in the other direction leads you to Sonoma's beautiful Community Garden, which is a pleasure to explore and enjoy.
Getting Around:
This home is a simple five-minute drive to multiple wineries and hiking trails. Numerous unique shops and world-class dining options are available in and around the Plaza. Explore the other small hamlets in our beautiful Valley of the Moon, such as Glen Ellen and Kenwood. Drive up valley and soak in the beautiful views, stopping to enjoy the many wineries and historic sites. Outdoor activities abound at the many hiking trails and state parks, including Jack London in Glen Ellen, and Trione-Annadel a few minutes north of Kenwood. Day trips to the beautiful Sonoma Coast, the Redwoods, and San Francisco are readily accessible.

* The house is situated on a popular walking and biking street, and with easy walking to wine tasting...
* Please be advised that there are two cameras placed outdoor for security.
* Strictly NO PETS allowed. Homeowners are extremely allergic to pets.
* Parking -- Only in the long driveway area. No Parking in the Garage. Please note the entrance is at the back of the home.
*EV charging Category 2 - Located on outside wall of metal barn the driveway
* There is a separate private area attached to the house by a 32-foot hallway. It is a private area used by the owners who are seldom there.
* The home is on a well with delicate country septic. Kindly use water conservatively and place only toilet paper in the toilets.
* Trash and recycling bins are in front at the far left of the property.
* Gardeners arrive on Friday mornings.
* The house is on a well which is common in the area. This time of year there is a sulfur smell and it’s been tested & completely safe!
