Cuidado com as fotos no site!
Fechei pelo Hotel.com, olhei algumas fotos e vi a avaliação como boa. Como era só para passar a noite, pois íamos visitar a Rota do Vinho rm São Roque. Chegamos por volta de 20:30/21:00, estrada mal sinalizada, tudo escuro tivemos que descer do carro e pedir informação. Fomos bem atendidos, preenchi a ficha e fomos levados até o chalé. Frigobar vazio, interfone, não tem, a imagem da tv ruim. Nossa internet não pegava. O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim, as toalhas com cheiro ruim e muito surradas! Nem ficamos, fomos embora muito de decepcionados e muito insatisfeitos. Sem condições de passar a noite no local! Gostaria de ser reembolsado pelo menos em 50%. Foi traumatizante!

Uma decepcao ! Nao via a hora de voltar pra casa.
O hotel esta decadente, o que é uma pena! Mal cuidado, quente , sem circulacao de ar dentro das dependencias , comida suportavel sem capricho! Os quartos com roupa de cama pequena , toalhas velhas e duras. Piscinas mal limpas, ate sujas quando chegamos. Restaurante com poucas opcoes . E funcionarios despreparados para exercer funcoes no hotel! Uma pena pois o lugar é lindo! A impressao e que vai fechar. Precisa de um bom investidor e pessoal com curso de hotelaria! A falta de ar condicionado foi um grande desastre!

Sopa velha e com cabelo
Local antigo, quarto e roupa de cama precários, comida horrível com direito a cabelo na sopa. Fiquei hospedada por das 19h às 2h da manhã quando comecei a passar mal (com certeza por conta do decepcionante jantar) e fui embora pra minha casa. O valor pago de diaria nao corresponde ao que o local entrega. Nunca mais voltaria e nem indicaria a ninguém.

Hospedagem decepcionante. Primeira e última vez!
Estive hospedada na pousada Juriti Eco Hotel de 8 de julho a 9 de julho, o check-in foi bom, entretanto, a estadia no chalé 9 deixou a deseja nos quesitos de manutenção e limpeza do ambiente, pois ao usar o banheiro notei a presença de galhos secos e folhas passando por uma fresta do teto em PVC. Quando fui tomar banho me deparei com uma lagartixa em uma fresta do teto, para piorar a situação a mesma caiu no chão do box no momento em que eu estava no banho, com isso, a minha tia precisou retirá-la, pois tenho pavor. Além disso, o chalé apresentou odor de mofo no quarto, e ao chegar no quarto precisei solicitei a gentileza trocar a lâmpada amarela pela cor branca, pois o ambiente estava escuro. Eu já me hospedei em outros locais da região, mas na pousada Juriti Eco Hotel foi a primeira e última vez. Devido as situações relatadas e também ao desconforto, deveria ser feita a devolução da metade do valor da hospedagem, pois eu me arrependi de ter feito a reserva em uma pousada que não é feito o básico: a manutenção do chalé.

Pense bem se vale a pena!
Piscina era boa a descoberta e a coberta, muita natureza, porém o chalé tinha um cheiro horrivel e aranhas no quarto, pouca ventilação, café da manhã com pão velho e sem opção nenhuma, pior café da manhã de pousada até hoje, achei muito caro uma estadia para aproveitar somente as piscinas.

O atendimento não foi nada cordial, o serviço prestado muito ruim pelo valor pago pela diária, a pousada com muitas coisas improvisadas, as toalhas extremamente velhas, os quartos eram frios e nada aconchegante. A pousada tem bastante potencial, porém precisa de muitas melhorias. O café da manhã muito simples, com poucas opções, os produtos sem identificação. Nada agradável.

Paz e sossego
Local simples mas bem arrumadinho. Possui aspecto de rústico e objetos antigos como decoração. Tem 2 piscinas externas e 1 coberta com temperatura ambiente, além de 2 hidros aquecidas. Tem trilha para fazer, sala de jogos e um museu (este não sabemos como é pois estava fechado). O local dos chalés é bem reservado e cada chalé possui lareira, esfria bem a noite. Possui 1 quadra para jogar bola. O estacionamento é ao lado dos quartos, tanto chalé quanto apartamento. Não indico o playground pois está bem gasto e judiado pelo tempo por ficar ao ar livre. A comida, tanto café da manhã como almoço, é simples, bem caseira e é gostosa. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, são muito atenciosos. Adoramos o horário de check out que é as 16hs, assim dá para explorar bem o lugar. A pousada fica um pouco afastada da cidade. O sinal de celular é muito ruim, a internet só funciona com wifi disponibilizado pela pousada. Pra quem quer paz e sossego, super indico.
