Location is all this hotel has to offer. Sitting areas cluttered and dirty. We booked an economy room. The only room on this floor with uneven and dangerous stairs with no handrails.

No fridge or coffee machine in the room , breakfast with limited variety, valet parking needs one hour to get your car back located in a pedestrian area you have to walk your luggage from piazza Tasso to the hotel no helpers

The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time. Overall, the hotel is quite nice, and we will definitely consider returning.

It was very nice. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Our only issue was that it was quite noisy at night, being near the nightclub that parties until 2 am, which isn't the hotel's fault. Very clean!

Awesome family run hotel located right in the Centre of Sorrento. The owners and management are genuinely kind people who went above and beyond to explain and make recommendations in order to ensure we made the most of our experience in Sorrento. The establishment is clean and well run. Excellent location. Good continental breakfast for a charge of 10 euros. Many thanks to Angelo and to Imma who is the owner and also a television celebrity chef. Highly recommend!

Great position, clean rooms and bathrooms aircon worked well.. Staff were very helpful and always remembered you when returning to get your room key. Room we had was next to breakfast terrace Could hear lots of noise from the bars opposite till early hours, was also noisy early morning when breakfast cutlery was being put out at 6am

This stay was perfect for a few nights, I did find it very loud in the area as it's right by the centre of Sorrento in the middle of summer. However, the staff we're so accommodating and kind, breakfast in the mornings we're so tasty, the hotel was incredible clean! I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone who want's to be in a popular area in Sorrento to make it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect on the Main Street in Sorrento. The room could have used some updating. I appreciate that they offered breakfast however the choices and quality were subpar.

The hotel is completely renovated, very clean and the staff is super friendly, in fact, the owners are present and with a smile willing to help with any needs. The location is on the pedestrian street, which was a disadvantage for me since I traveled with 2 babies (plus strollers and suitcases). On a trip without my daughters, the location would have been perfect. When making the reservation, I chose this hotel because it had "24-hour valet parking on the property" otherwise I would not have chosen this hotel. I let the owners know, who very kindly explained to me that it was a translation error when listing, which I understand, but I chose this hotel because I could drive up to the door and get out with the suitcases and the girls, otherwise I would have chosen another hotel. I understand the explanation they gave me, but I also understand the inconvenience of having to go to the parking lot which is 2 blocks away when arriving and leaving. So I do not recommend this hotel for those traveling with young children, but I DO recommend it for those traveling as a couple or with older children.
