Staff good,shower and hairdryer worst features

Small room - No view. In fairness staff did try to switch us however one wasn't available. Shower very weak. Hairdryer atrocious. Good breakfast selection and excellent service every single morning. Restaurants on site which we never used simply because we had no view and wanted to escape. Good points were location for island excursions and marina bars with stunning views of the bay. .

Good Afternoon , Thanks to write here your comment about your stay here. About the small room and no view maybe is because you booked an economy room. About hairdry , if there is some problem with that one in room , we have another to the reception that we can give to our clients anyway, but we dont remember someone came to the reception to advise us about this problem . Great location, very relaxed place

Just had 6 nights at Il Faro, can definitely recommend the hotel. Great location, short walk for a swim, easy to get to the town either via a walk up the zig zag or the lift. Had a room with a view over the harbour to Vesuvius, cost very reasonable.

Hotel was little old and shabby. Location was good down in harbour. Not full value of money

Tolle Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meersicht. Das Bad ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand aber OK.

Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Malheureusement, sa réservation était une chambre économique, donc plus petite et pas rénovée. Il suffisait de demander à la réception pour un surclassement et avec un petit supplément pourrait avoir la possibilité d'avoir une plus grande chambre. Cordialement
