Great stay for 6 nights! The hotel is really convenient for everything. Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much! The only issue we had, was with shower water pressure but the team did everything they could to fix it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast choice was better than we expected with fruit, boiled eggs, croissants, cereal, it was enough to get us going in the morning and the lady serving breakfast, got to know specific preferences ie. English =Tea and was very helpful. Thank you all so much for a great stay!

We used Sorrento as a base for going to Capri, Amalfi and Pompeii. Great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Like many Italian hotels there is still a flight of stairs to reception and then can get a lift to the room

Serenity in Sorrento
Lovely little place in a superb location between the station and the main square. I had a room at the back and that was very quiet- I couldn't tell the hotel was on the main road. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Only minor negative- a bit more variety at breakfast would go down well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We just left today 10/24. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. They helped arrange airport transfers and recommended things to do. We cannot thank them enough and would highly encourage visitors to Sorrento to stay. It's just down the street from the square and so convenient. Our best visit yet. David & Russell

We did not have a junior with king bed. We had a double bed. The air conditioning went haywire and we needed a portable heater in our room. The power went out one night. And the deadbolt stuck. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

For Europe this is a very nice place to stay. We were on the move all the time so proximity of everything was great. Close to the ferry, close to the train station and right in the middle of bars and restaurants.

Great location and comfortable bed
The place is in the main street of Sorrento easy to find and walk to from the train station. It’s close enough to walk to everything. There is a bit of stairs to get up to the reception desk but the friendly staff can help. The room and bathroom is quite spacious and shower has good water pressure. The only disappointment is the breakfast which didn’t have much selection to eat there’s no hot food and coffee is not self served, can only be ordered from the breakfast lady. Our stay had two breakfasts included but after day 1 didn’t felt like going again. Luckily there are plenty of food choices available on the main streets.

Positives: I always start with the positives to be fair. Room was clean and maintained well by the cleaner, site was located close to downtown and 10 minute walk to ferries Negatives: daikin A/C was very loud and poorly maintained , thus we had to cool down room before we went to bed and crack the windows and asked for a fan. Hotel didn’t get in a repairman to check it so I assume it wasn’t an issue for them. Next door there was a hotel that seemed to hold weddings and other events. Music was loud but only until about 11pm at night . Bed was VERY uncomfortable . We complained and the hotel staff placed comforter under mattress which helped a bit. No tissues in room. Hot water in shower was patchy. If you showered after 7:30 to 9:30 pm the water was very cold. Entrance to the site is up a set of stairs so beware if you are older. Staff did help us on way down. Breakfast was very average , meager . I would stay here again for the $$ we paid . Stayed here 4 nights. Happy to exit

I can't say enough great things about this hotel and our 3 night stay here at the beginning of September 2024! My family of four stayed in the quadruple room which was clean, comfortable and spacious and the air conditioner worked great! The front desk staff were all so nice and very helpful. This hotel's location is great too! It's only about ten minutes from the train station and it's located on the Main Street in Sorrento. Our room faced the street but I never heard any outside noise ever. This cute boutique hotel is priced very reasonable and it also included a great breakfast buffet. Cristina, who works in the breakfast room was so nice and she makes a wonderful cappuccino and espresso! I would absolutely recommend this hotel for any traveler looking for a great hotel that's affordable!

Hotel was hard to find initially but room was really nice with great air con. Staff are lovely and breakfast is good. Sorrento is very busy and our experience was mostly young people wanting to party. Also beaches are crap.

Lovely property, easy to get to, clean. No access to first floor accept by stairs and then there’s an elevator which wasn’t clear in the listing so that might be an issue for some. Everything is walkable from here which is important, would recommend!
