This was an ultra modern room, that was pretty quiet, except if you leave windows open in the morning when workmen and birds got going in early AM on back of property. It wasn't very crowded in April, and since it was a good walk to other dining options, we generally ate in the hotel. They had a great breakfast buffet (included) and many other meals we ate there, we frequently had the restaurant to ourselves, but there was a good variety of excellent options, including multiple vegetarian offerings and excellent service 👍

The hotel is in great location. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is ok ( I used to better breakfast, with more options.

All Staff really friendly, helpful. It’s about 20 mins walking from Sorrento city centre but it’s fairly flat, and they're some fantastic views as you walk into town. I would stay there again.

Pros:The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and it was a convenient walk into Sorrento. Cons:Whoever rated this as 4 star was having a laugh, it was 3 star at best. From the moment you walk into the reception the only thing you can think is clinical. It was all white and just had really uncomfortable benches at the reception. No comfortable chairs, no soft furnishings. It wasn't welcoming at all. This theme carried on throughout the whole hotel. There were no amenities. There was still building work in the basement. The rooms were the same, clinical. The lighting was all by a weird panel with no actual switches. There was no instructions on how to use it and to get the air conditioning working, we had to get staff on reception to activate a switch from there.One day the wifi went down and the whole floor were locked out of their rooms. We sat on the floor in the corridor until someone came up with a key to let us in. There was hardly any storage or shelving, nothing at all in the bathroom. The bedside shelves were a joke. No room to put anything on there. Don't even get me started on the pathetic cupboard with the glasses and mugs. Utterly pointless when there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The 'light' under the bedside shelf was so dim it was completely pointless. It kept clicking on and off and was useless and infuriating. The breakfast was poor. The hot food was luke warm and the selection was limited and repeated every day.

I really appreciated one staff member. She worked serving meals. She knew English and was so helpful when my husband or I needed help with directions. She knew from day one how we liked our coffee and would serve us when we sat down.Thank you Stefania for making our trip a bit easier.

Just had the best 5 nights at So Lifestyle , from the start the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed in the classic room which was perfect , great size, large comfy bed and great bathroom. I loved that there was a strong WiFi connect all the time and I was able to connect my streaming services to the room TV. It was a little further of a walk to the centre than I was expecting but I couldn’t be happier because I felt that the walk was really scenic and a nice way to get around Sorrento. The breakfast every morning had a great variety of options from hot food to pastries and fruit. Thank you for a fantastic stay - I hope to come back in the future!

Loved our stay here! Excellent staff. Were very helpful with recommendations and offering guidance as new travellers to Sorrento. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were fresh and clean, great views. Nice quick walk through the back to watch the sunset! Overall great stay, would recommend!

The staff as a whole were very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, had eco friendly sustainable initiatives in place, and location wise, was a 15 minute walk to Sorrento downtown (we thought that was convenient). We didnt have any issues with the wifi or the high tech lighting. If we could, we would definitely return for another stay.

Fantastic stay at So Lifestyle Hotel

Fantastic hotel with parking at €15 a night. About 20 minutes walk to the square of Sorrento. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The camera plus room was spacious and modern, great rainfall shower, we were very impressed that the TV had YouTube and Netflix. Safe was included without any extra charge. If there’s something that could have been better, a small table on the balcony, slippers and gowns would be great additions to make the hotel experience 100%.

This hotel is too minimal and sterile. They could use a small fridge in the room instead of a useless draw. It doesn’t feel comfortable because of how spare everything is and whoever designed it was like a fist year architecture student. The property is gorgeous and has a nice botanical garden surrounding it. The pool and breakfast are nice. The rooms are not.
