Surface area of 80 m², with a kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake Nuasjärvi. Two bedrooms with double beds (if needes, gets to separate beds), toilet, shower, sauna (electric stove). Two small sleeping loft with mattresses total for 4. Sleeping loft: access by steep ladder.
A large terrace with lake views. Own beach 80 m (beach: the hard, rocky), dock/patio. During summer campfire site near the beach. The fire place is surrounded by a natural 'rock formation' seats.
Tap water comes from a borehole and is ferrous, so it can have occasional color and taste defects. The water is researched and safe to use as drinking water. Customer can bring drinking water upon arrival if prefers to drink bottled water. The cottage is recommended for people who appreciate nature and biodiversity. The cottage is well suited for such a small family or two couples. Plot is rocky and there is a slope to the shore. Route to the shore is not suitable for disabled persons. There is a beach patio, which is good for sunbathing and dining. The sun is shining, at 12, the entire day.
Nuasjärvi offers very good fishing opportunites; about 400 meters away to the cottage can get pike, perch and pike by trolling or fishing gear (note: fishing licenses). A rowing boat for use.
The price includes final cleaning. NOTE price NOT includes linen! You can order linen at extra price (sheets and towels).
The cottage check-in from 16:00 and check-out at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings). Pets are not allowed.
