This home is all on one floor and sits on two-and-a-half acres and is located less than 20 miles from the Wolf Creek Ski area and the historic town of Creede. South Fork is surrounded by National Forest and offers many outdoor activities. A game room sits apart from main living area so the kids, both young and old, can make noise and have fun while others relax in the main living area. This home includes a large kitchen with all the amenities to hang out and cook your favorite meals. There is a king-size bed in the first bedroom, a queen in the second, three twins and a queen in the third, and a king in the fourth, so you'll have plenty of sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
