One of our favorite parts of this home is the huge upstairs main living area that acts as a huge entertainment/hang out area. In just this one room you have the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, pool table area, dining and living room - all open concept. The huge kitchen is the centrepiece of the upstairs and it’s HUGE. This is the perfect spot to gather to make a family meal and make unforgettable memories!

Bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom and features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come!
1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one)
2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful time staying in South Lake Tahoe and this property was great. A few tips to make it even better would be leave a back up paper towel and fix the shower pressure on the shower downstairs' since it was very weak. And maybe re do the third room with better a bedroom set, so everyone can have a good looking room to sleep in 😅 but besides that it was wonderful and we hope to stay there again in a near future.

Great Family Reunion Spot
Just what we needed for a much-needed Family Reunion. Angora Mtn Resort was clean and well stocked with pots and pans, and Thermador range. Great dining area for our large group. We have two family members living in South Lake Tahoe but others that came as far as Australia and Nicaragua. Great time had by all.

The house was great. It was very clean and ready for use. The kitchen had everything we needed. The wine fridge was an unexpected plus. It was very spacious and everyone fit perfectly. The back deck was cool with a bbq and propane ready to use. Maybe reinforce that railing, it's a bit loose and wobbly. The only thing that bothered me was the neighbor across the street. It's got to be bad for business. To another group of people, it could be very intimidating even grounds to not want to use the home. We weren't scared or intimidated, but that's because we don't scare easily. This is the only reason it's not 5 stars and it's based on the neighbor, NOT the house. Also, staff granted us early entry since we were a bit early, which was clutch. Hats off. Would def recommend and rent same home again.

Nice getaway for the family!
We enjoyed to the stay. Pros- kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook and eat together. We were in the middle of Heavenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe, both were within 15 mins away so we got to go to both. The pool table and shuffle board was fun for everyone. We were able to use the washer/dryer and the dishwasher which all came with detergent. Cons- the sheets and blankets were a little dirty. The bathroom with the bunk beds had a leak by the patio door on the inside. The lock to the 1/2 bathroom didn't work. The heater downstairs shut off when we turned on the fireplace upstairs, which is not the property owners' fault. We just had to spend time opening all the windows upstairs to make it cold so the heater would kick on downstairs before people went to bed. The driveway was full of snow and ice and we had to spend a lot of time shoveling just to get out. It didn't snow while we were there so they just didn't clean up the driveway for us upon arrival. Overall, it was a nice stay and we had everyone we needed. Some things could have been better, but I would still recommend this place.

Great Cabin!
The house is awesome and the family had a blast with all of the different gaming options they have there. It is about 10-15 minutes without traffic to the downtown border, but not a bad drive. The only downfall is the excessive pricing on cleaning and VRBO charges. Those charges cost almost as much as the 3 nights charge.

This was a beautiful property and exceptionally clean. The pool table and shuffle board provided hours and hours of entertainment. The kitchen was large and updated and fully stocked to cook big breakfast and dinners.. All my questions were answered in a timely and professional manner.. I would rent this over and over. We had a wonderful stay
The house was super huge for our whole family. We were a party of 10 people and we all had a place to sleep and we even had extra beds left. Price was reasonable compare to other houses near by. It was a great location nice neighborhood and 10 min away from the lake. Just wish that they were pet friendly but other than that everything was perfect and beautiful.

Property was advertised. Had a small entry code issue upon arrival that was promptly rectified. Nothing major. No air conditioning in summer but plenty of fans. House was a good 6-7 miles from downtown but knew that going in. Just be aware. No issue at all with getting an Uber. House contained everything you needed to cook, etc but no extras like coffee filters. You’ll need to hit the market when you get there. Pool table, shuffleboard and ping pong were a definite plus.

This property is awesome.
They had everything we needed in this house. The house is clean and theres so much space. Having the kitchen in the middle made cooking fun as well, you can join in all the fun while while doing cooking. We are definitely coming back the next time we visit Tahoe. The Property Manager Lana is great, she answers all questions promptly.

This was a big space for us to celebrate Thanksgiving with our friends and family. Communication was prompt. The place lacked in kitchen supplies and toiletries so be prepared to get some of your own.

Home for the long weekend.
Great place to stay and spacious. It can occupy a big group. Overall, it was fun staying here and convenient. Down sides were microwave was not working properly (very inconvenient because we had to use pans to heat up pur food), lots of spider webs, toaster timer does not work (you have to watch your bread or else it will burn), 2 bedroom doors downstairs do not closed properly. One does not close at all and the other one can be open even if it was locked by pushing it to open. Also, kitchen floor was not cleaned properly. We kept stepping on some crumbs. Also, a big Trump supporter live across the street (not a big deal but the big banners in front of the house is not hard to missed).

We all had a wonderful time, it was a 2 story home yet stairs up and down weren't to bad. We had a brother that has a hard time with stairs but he managed these fine...there is 5 steps up to kitchen / living room / gameroom and master bedroom, and 5 stairs down to all other bedrooms. Games kept everyone busy, we had a pool tournament which was awesome and the pingpong table was a plus. All youngsters made a huge dinner for my Birthday and had no problem finding bowls, platters, pots...pans and table setting for 11....the only thing I may suggest is trying to squeeze in more twin beds, our group were all adults and most do not like to sleep together on a queen....other than that Everyone was So impressed with this Home and felt so comfortable....thank you so much for a Great Family Memory.

Loved the property. Would definitely rent again. Only thing is the house across the street is decorated with Trump flags and flags saying F*ck Biden etc all across the balcony. Don’t really care for anyone’s political views, but if I was bringing and children here I’d be a little annoyed. Definitely not the property owner’s fault though.

We had a good stay at the property. There were a couple of issues one with the bathroom sink has no hot water handle, both fans look like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years, there were ants and not enough toilet paper whatsoever
