The living area has comfortable seating, an oversized gas fireplace, open beams and abundant natural light. For entertainment there is a 55-inch flat screen 4K TV with Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround sound - or push a button to drop down the 125-inch projector screen for an immersive cinematic experience.
Coyote Ridge features a luxury chef’s kitchen with a Miele 6-burner gas range, dual stainless sinks, modern quartz countertops and a beer/wine refrigerator. There is a walk-in pantry and both filter and Nespresso pod coffee makers. The dining area has a vaulted ceiling and a grand table that seats 10.
All bedrooms have bluetooth audio systems and feature warm duvets and hotel-quality linens. The primary suite has a king bed, direct access to the rear deck and mountain views from the luxurious walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has views of Freel Peak and stunning sunrises. It has a queen-sized bed, walk-in, its own private deck area and a full desk setup with dual Apple monitors (USB-C) for catching up on work.
In the North wing, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and walk-in. Bedroom 4 has a queen and two twin beds. The spa-like Bathroom 2 has an oversized bath/shower and double sinks. The modern Half Bath is set up with a double sink unit.
Sunny rear deck features lounge and dining seating and a gas BBQ - perfect for enjoying Tahoe summers. A shaded gazebo has been added for summer use. The over-sized 0.6-acre lot is landscaped with 100% native plants.
Coyote Ridge is a smart home with many features including Alexa control of lights, thermostat, and music with Amazon MusicHD for access to over 60 million songs. High speed WiFi throughout. The entertainment system has Amazon Video, Netflix, and a blu-ray DVD player (no cable service). You may connect your own streaming devices via HDMI.
The utility room has a full size raised washer/dryer. The garage has racks, boot heater, & a tuning station for your skis/snowboards.
- Local ordinances prohibit hot tub use after 10.00pm and before 8.00am. Spa may be disabled during this time
- Local ordinances allow for a maximum of 4 guest vehicles

- A staircase accesses the main house from the garage. You and your guests should be comfortable negotiating a higher than normal staircase

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
