THIS IS A TROPICAL PARADISE outside and inside, a truly beautifully decorated & comfortable beach condo fully equipped with all that's needed for a memorable, fun family vacation, a fun girls' getaway, or just a quiet romantic weekend. The comfortable & relaxing family atmosphere, gracious service, and Island hospitality enhance our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium rental located on Texas' most beautiful beach. The Tiki is ON THE BEACH and this lovely condo is just a one-minute stroll through the tropical pool/courtyard to the beach. It is located on the North end of the island. Walking distance to beach bars & restaurants. This is an ideal destination for swimming, bird-watching, para-sailing, surfing, sunning, boating, beach-combing, dolphin-watching, and bay/surf/deep-sea fishing.

The condominium is beautifully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs. A Keurig coffeemaker along with a variety of gourmet coffees are fully stocked and waiting for you. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and luxurious linens, and has its bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and is equipped with soft, comfortable robes. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower is located in the hallway between both guest bedrooms. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. A dehumidifier is provided and adds to your comfort after a day in the sunny pool or beach. This unit is located on the 2nd floor ... Only one set of stairs, no elevator. There is also a private balcony/patio equipped with seating areas ...with a view of the tropical courtyard/pool area; and satellite TV with many channels to choose from. Plenty of family games are provided for guests' use. Also provided for guests are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rolling ice chest. Beach blankets are also provided for star-gazing evenings or those peaceful and quiet sunrise mornings. Everything you need for beach fun........just pack your swimsuit! In addition, this unit has an apartment-size washer/dryer located IN the unit - no need to use the shared laundromat located on the property. Enough laundry soap is provided for your first few loads. All our guests soon find that we are 100% focused on our guests' 5-star experience. Feel free to email condo manager, requesting more details or photos of the property.

When you're not on the beach, your family can relax in one of the two heated pools in the courtyard areas. Only Tiki guests have access to these beautiful pools. There is also a library/office located within the property as well as a laundromat for guests' use.

The Tiki is your best beachfront value. The complex is located within walking distance of the South Padre Island Convention Center, Sea Life, Inc., World Birding Center, shopping, and many local area attractions. Our Island restaurants pride themselves on a variety of American, Mexican, and International cuisine, and seafood of course. Free local transportation while on the island is also available via 'The Wave.' Bonus: the WAVE picks up right in front of this property.

Other area attractions include the Port Isabel Lighthouse and Museums, sister cities: Brownsville and Matamoros, Mexico as well as the scenic Laguna Atascosa and Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuges. Also, located within a short drive from The Tiki, is a 72-par championship golf course in Laguna Vista.

This condo was a great place to stay for 6 adults. Many amenities in the condo and on the property. The hosts were so helpful and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this property!

Beach vibe with well thought out decoration throughout the place.Balcony had plenty of beach chairs/toys surf boards, lg thick beach towels, little ice chest. Kitchen had great island for gatherings. Kitchen accessories, plates, glasses, utensils, spices, oil, (check dates some expired) dishwahing soap, 1 roll paper towel, disinfectant wipes, dishwasher pods.The living room was cozy w/ large TV and some games. Access to 2 nice pools (heated after middle of October) The master bedroom with king size bed was large w/ small walking closet/shower. 2 bedrooms with queen size were smaller, closets had limited space. The queen bedroom by living room had nice clever "Ship" decor. Had TV 2nd bedroom by the kitchen was nice a/c blew very cold. Needed extra blankets to keep warm. No TV Both bathrooms had plenty of fluffy big bath,hand, body towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom provided. Cons 2nd floor steep stairs. Place getting old, few issues with their old fridge and complex dishwasher needing a reset. Our host David, was responsive and quickly sent someone. Place was clean except for freezer, bathroom drawers had hair in them. The WI-FI is lagging. Used our "hot spot" Old small washer, noisy dryer. The king size beds fitted sheet kept on coming Living room got hot when cooking. Nice location on the beach. Plenty of room for all. Great kitchen with everything needed. Beds are very firm so be aware if you prefer/are more used to a softer bed. Lots of blankets, pillows, and fans.

We loved the place we rented , the condo had everything to accommodate our vacation. The location was awesome. Very quiet peaceful place to relax. The host is great and condo is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need including extra snacks and coffee. There are extra chairs and towels if needed. Only thing is that the condo is located on the second floor so make sure that you and your family are prepared to take several trips up and down the stairs. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place, beautifly decorated, very spacious, great location, easy close access to the beach. We stayed her last week, we loved everything about it fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pools are awesome and warm our kids loved relaxing in them after spending time on the beach and in the evening. The staff and ground keepers are very friendly and everything is neat and clean throught the grounds. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!!

What an amazing place! My family, including 3 college kids, just stayed here for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for anything more. The place was very clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We enjoyed the heated pool, but spent lots of time at the beach which was a minute walk. Had multiple bars with food and live music right by the location. Dave was amazing and checked in to ensure all was great... fantastic communication through it all. Would recommend for sure.

This property was perfect for my family! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the extras from a coffee bar to the beach chairs and cooler to bring down to enjoy the day. It is conveniently located steps away from the beach, and several area restaurant bars. Thank you also to the wonderful people at Clayton's who opened up the pier on one of their closed days so my son could propose to his girlfriend at sunset. It was the perfect place for our magical event. It's a vacation none of us will forget! Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be back!

One of the nicest places I've stayed. Beautiful combination living room and kitchen. Lovely furnishings. The kitchen generously offered almost anything needed in the way of herbs and spices and oils, something you just don't see in most VRBOs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and not a bunkbed to be found! (good) Just a five minute walk to the beach. Perfect!
