It is a great, budget, easy in and out hotel. Nothing overly fancy but the beds are clean and comfortable. All of the staff is polite and pleasant! Would absolutely stay again!

We were given keys to a room - only to find that the room was not cleaned/ready. Bed was unmade etc. brought all of our bags back to the front desk. The front desk staff was apologetic and assigned our new room. Got to the new room, which seemed clean, but the shower floor initially looked like there was spilled soap all over. After further inspection, realized that the shower floor was cracked right through the middle and they tried to fix it with some type of glue. Although the premises appear clean, there’s evidence of disrepair that is surprising for a supposed two year old building.

This was a perfect stay! Last time I stayed, there was an overpowering scent of cleaner in the room, but this time, it was perfect. Clean, soft beds, perfectly quiet. Only flaw was that I initially mistakenly booked the night before, didn't get insurance, and when I tried to change it to the right night, they refused to change it with no fee, so I paid for two nights, when I only stayed one. Be careful with the booking online; they don't care if you just made a mistake.

Convenient to all the shops BUT for a new hotel it was in very bad condition. Scratches, dents and chips in the paint all throughout the building. The shower was not clean. Our room was right next to the condenser for the heat and it was extremely loud 24/7.

Fromm the outside looked fine. Inside, lights ihn the hallway were broken or missing bulbs. In our room, paint was peeling in big chunks in the shower area, and in other parts on the wall, paint was sliding down the wall...like it had water behind it at some point. A breakfast was served from 6:30-9:30. The eggs were very cold!

This hotel is beautiful and in a desirable location in Cumberland County (easy access to bus, rail, airline, taxi walkable). I cannot help but to compare & contrast it to other hotels from York, Cumberland, Lincoln Counties…. I have traveled for work FT since July 2013 and stayed at hundreds of brands. After the novelty wore off, another entrepreneur suggested I become a hotel brand member; and I tried a few. At the Hilton there was a male & escort; at the Hampton the team member in charge of turn-over disregarded my check-out and was harassing 2 hours early instead - which was weird; Best Western no problem; neither Holiday Inn; and all 4* resorts are lovely; as are a lot of the mom & pop places with hidden charm. Except in Maine. An Aloft I stayed at; their employee was charges with a serious crime; each hotel along the coast to Boothbay & West to Lake Sebago, SOMETHING was off. Yet this hotel seems normal and put together with motivates employees. It’s clean, quite, well-service; h

The bathroom/shower could have been a little cleaner. The coffee in the waiting room was too watered down and not enough options for stronger. Only decaf provided in the room. Beds were comfortable. Super convenient to shopping but also tucked away from traffic and people.
