The rooms were very comfortable they had hardwood flooring which keeps the floors cleaner than carpets. The staff was extremely helpful. All in all we felt the hotel was excellent. We would definitely stay there next time we are in Portland

Nice property, with a great So.Po location. Like 6 minutes to the airport, so great for early/late flights. No EV chargers, though, which is hard to excuse these days. Would likely choose another place based on the lack of charging, but otherwise a perfect hotel!

I like most everything about this place and have stayed several times. The only flaws: the rooms often smell very strongly of air freshener, including the pillows. Bring your own pillow! And there is often no dark roast k-cups. Bring your own dark roast K-cups. And finally, they used to have a wonderful coffee maker downstairs, but the machine has been broken for months. Now it's brewed ahead and can be weak.

Found a cockroach in bathroom. Paper and wrapper under the sheet. Stayed last year and was very pleased. This stay was altogether very disappointing. Cleanliness was seriously lacking.

Very convenient location right off the highway and walking distance to the mall. Facility definitely needs updating of wear and tear but it was pretty clean. Bed was comfortable, included a microwave and fridge/freezer, but TV was not a smart TV to stream. Overall a good option for a quick stay.

In general I would say this hotel is average at best. Lots of stuff left in the hallways. The Customer Service was lacking. No greeting upon entering the hotel. I asked about the area and the response was lacking. The rooms were clean but lacking some small conveniences.

It’s okay
We have stayed at this hotel four times in the past 20 months. The first two times were great…the hotel was clean, breakfast was good. The third time was good…the room was clean but the breakfast wasn’t good quality. This past stay was ok but not good. Our room was cleanish…the floors were sticky. The bathroom wasn’t what we were used to. The breakfast was barely surviving on a Saturday at 8:30am. Not sure you’d survive if you ate it. My husband had oatmeal but had to hunt for hot water. I had a small bagel with cream cheese. When they finally did replenish the eggs and sausage it was something I wouldn’t feed to a dog. The room upstairs from us had no one in it until 6am and then turned into a complete loud outlandish nightmare. Why? WHY? Neighboring rooms couldn’t be heard through the walls even though you could hear them having intimates while in the hallway. I feel people have been respectful with noise control in this hotel. I’d give the hotel a solid 3 for location, cleanliness, parking, and dog friendly. I read comments about bed bugs and bad stains in the sheets, however, we have not encountered that. My husband decided he didn’t want to stay here again. He’s a super laid back easy going guy so for him to say that speaks volumes. He’s also likes a good hotel breakfast and they really are not delivering in that aspect.
