This is my 3rd. & last time to this Motel. My first 2 trips were exceptional! The property has exhanged ownership and it is obvious. There are no microwaves in the rooms. If you wanted to heat your food/beverage; you have to walk across the property to use the microwave or get ice. The bathtub looked grossed as the enamel had peeled in spots and they painted over it. No carpet on the flooring....I Will Never Spend My Money to Stay Here Again!!!!

I like the amenities. I came with my family to celebrate birthdays and we had fun, we took advantage of the amenities and the beach. I like the resort and the service is mostly good. The girls at the front desk were friendly. The guys not as much. I like that the beach and the pool are at walking distance. The Beth Schofield band at Blue Water was really good and welcoming. The Bar and Restaurant at the Red Jacket have good food and drinks. However, if you are ethnic you should refrain from going to the Deck coffee shop. They have an attitude and no good service. You can have a good time at this place if you ignore The Deck.

I'm going to give it 4 because I thought the check signage should be better after I didn't know exactly where the coffee and lunch were, until now I don't know where it is, as we don't speak English I left it there, they had our meals outside, another thing is that there is no microwave, I urgently needed to make tea and there was no way. The rooms are great. The bunk beds for the kids were a highlight. The pool is fun but the beach is the selling point. Clean and sandy and private. Not much in the way of dining to speak of but it’s a short 5-7 minute drive to lots of restaurant options. Great location for young kids
