Dear Sharon Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. We would like to apologise that your stay was not up to our best standards. Check in should not take that long and we try our best to get all calls out of the way and give everyone a quick and easy check in. Our kitchen is very small and we try our best to get all of our orders out as quickly as possible. We understand the rooms are not suited for the hot weather but, we are hoping to change in the future. We understand there is no excuses for the bad servers you have been give but, we will take on your feedback to improve our hotel. We hope you give us another change to show you our 10/10 servres.
