Summary:
You will have a lovely time at this clean, fresh, family-friendly house within walking distance to Southampton Common and city centre. It has off-street parking for one vehicle, an outdoor space and conservatory.

The Space:
There is wifi, TV with virgin channels, travel cot, high chair and children's cutlery, books and toys. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite and main bathroom with bath and shower. Spacious living room with plenty of seating and kitchen-dining area with breakfast bar. 1 night stays can be made available on occasion, on request.

The Neighborhood:
Residential neighbourhood with easy access to The Avenue and walking distance to the city centre and Southampton Common.

Getting Around:
There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway in front of the garage. (The garage is not accessible during your stay). Parking on the street outside is restricted to one hour or permit only. We can usually loan our parking permit for the road outside for a second vehicle- just let us know in advance if you might need this.

Interaction with Guests:
I won't disturb you during your stay and you can check in at your own pace and comfort. If there is an issue with the property or your stay or you have questions, do send us a message however and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, rectifying any issues if they occur.

Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Lage
Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus liegt etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Annie war super, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und unsere Wünsche wurden so schnell wie möglich erfüllt (wir baten um ein zweites Set Handtücher). Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Heizung des Hauses, welche nur zu bestimmten Zeiten funktioniert, aber auch hier hätten wir auf Wunsch die Möglichkeit bekommen diese Programmierung zu ändern. Bei einer erneuten Reise in diese Region würden wir das Haus definitiv wieder buchen!

Great time in Southampton
Annies house is a wonderful place to stay. We had two lovely weeks in Southampton. The house is comfortable, everything was working, WLAN is fast and stable. The bathrooms were clean and nice decorated, the kitchen is well equiped and the sofas were comfortable. Netflix and Amazon prime video is possible. We went to several museums in Southampton, shopping in Westquay and in Portsmouth Gunwharf quays. We also made excursions to London which is quite easy to reach via train. Would absolutely recommend Southampton for holidays and of course Green Room House to stay!
