Deck House sijaitsee alemmassa länsipäässä saman omaisuuden meidän listalle 396719 ja 450166 kanssa VRBO. Entry on kautta ranskalaiset ovet joka avautuu se oma terassi. Tullessaan huoneiston keittiö on täysin varustettu liesi ja jääkaappi ja queen size sänky mahtuu 2 vierasta vain. Kun katselen merelle, tämä esteetön näkymä etelärannalla jättää sinut "kunnioitusta". Jos kaipaat rauhaa, hiljaisuutta ja tilaa olet tullut loppuun hakua. Tämä käänteinen ilmastointi yksikkö on erillinen kylpyhuone. Pestä pyykkiä päällä, joka tekee lomasta täydellisen. Tämä keino alue on hienoja ravintoloita ja suuri bussilinjan mukavuussyistä huipulla "de mäen" kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä. We stayed for 8 nights, the property is simply incredible. The views are breathtaking and it's about 1 minute from one of, if not, the best beach on the island. We went all over and couldn't find a beach we liked better.100% recommend to anyone that wants an excellent location and a wonderful host.If we ever come back to Bermuda in the future, we are definitely going to be looking at Gemstones again.Thanks for a wonderful vacation Lorna!

Wonderful weekend in Bermuda
Lorna was a great host, very responsive with communications and provided transportation tips to/from airport. We basically had a private beach during our stay, easy walk to eat and other beaches, room nice and comfortable for our stay.

Special place!
The moment you drive down the driveway and see the amazing ocean views from the house you know you’re staying somewhere special! We stayed in Studio By the Sea which was a lovely apartment with very comfortable bed and kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. Our host Lorna makes you feel very welcome and was extremely responsive to our communications. She generously allowed us to park our two seater EV next to the apartment and charge for free. We would happily stay there again if we return to Bermuda someday.

Deck House is heavenly!
Deck House exceeded my expectations in almost every way - very clean and well maintained, accurate description, plenty of amenities/kitchen tools/beach supplies, incredible views, beach path ease, and the loveliest hosts. Lorna and Greg were so welcoming and kind, happy to chat but respectful of solitude, and helpful with any needs. Even the towels and toilet paper were of high quality! The bay's water is calm and protected, with clear water and plentiful reefs for excellent snorkeling, and the pink sand is the softest of landings. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing time, this is THE place!

Excellent Location and Wonderful Hosts
Lorna and Greg were excellent hosts! The property was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax and take full advantage of the location. The view cannot be beat, and the access to the private beach was amazing. The south shore of Bermuda has so much to offer and this property was ideally situated to make the most of the island.

Perfect vacation!
Everything about our stay was perfect thanks to Lorna and Greg. The location, views, beaches, and hospitality of the Wilsons all exceeded our expectations. We rented a Twizy for the duration of our stay and were able to park it right in front of the Deck House. Everything we needed for our stay was provided - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. It was also a pleasure getting to know Lorna and Greg, they are wonderful people. I highly recommend staying at the Gemstones and hope to be back!

Relaxing beachside stay in Southampton
Lorna’s property is beautiful and inviting. The unit is fully-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay (don’t forget to bring your own soaps/shampoos, though). Cross Bay Beach is steps away and is a quiet, private oasis with great snorkeling just a few meters from shore. I gave the location rating 4 stars because in hindsight, I would have preferred to stay somewhere with more dining options within walking distance, but I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, slow pace in Southampton (having Henry’s across the street was convenient). Lorna was a friendly and helpful host.

Best Stay at Gemstone for Peace of Mind and Beach in Bermuda
The experience was wonderful. The place is much more beautiful in person than on-line. Lorna was a fantastic host. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with items you really need for a comfortable stay. The beach is so close and beautiful with views from the deck of the studio. Hands down, this is my best stay in Bermuda, and I have been coming to Bermuda almost every year. Loved it! Thank you Lorna

Lovely Stay with Private Beach :)
We absolutely loved our stay at The Deck House! The studio layout was perfect for us, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. They even provided us with complimentary snorkel gear – perfect for exploring the beautiful private beach right out front! :) There's one minor thing to consider: the driveway is a bit steep. However, the bus stop conveniently located at the top makes getting around a breeze. Taxis can also easily pick you up there. Overall, The Deck House was a fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful, relaxing paradise!
My husband and I came for a mini getaway. It was perfect for us, as we were looking for a quiet beach vacation. The view from the property was amazing! Just steps away from a gorgeous beach. Often my husband and I were the only ones on the beach. Great location in walking distance to a few restaurants, lighthouse and horseshoe bay beach. Lorna is responsive and helpful host.

Loved my private beach
Lorna's place was just as described. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect view. My husband and I could view the ocean from our bed. The private beach gave me the perfect relaxtion day i was looking for. Swimming and reading a good book. Lorna was easily accessible and super helpful. Belinda the taxi driver is a must to book. She got us back and forth from the airport with ease.

South Road Paradise
Lorna and her family are beautiful people. The Gemstones Property is high on a hill overlooking the most beautiful beach (Cross Bay) During our stay we basically had the beach to ourselves. The walk to beach from Gemstones is fairly steep but there are two other routes. It’s not an issue to sway a decision to stay here. We stayed 10 days and our taxi driver Belinda who is a beautiful person stopped in route to gemstone from airport at supermarket so we could buy food, beer and wine etc. We prepared dinner three nights on excellent Weber gas grill and enjoyed our meal on the deck overlooking the water. Just spectacular. The location is an easy walk to King Henry the 8ths restaurant and store (their chicken legs, fish cakes and fish chowder are a must). Also the Reefs is just a 15 min walk. We bought 7 day bus pass and traveled the island with ease. I could go on and on but I’ll close by saying that my wife and I have found our Bermuda Home!!

It's the view!!
We loved staying here for everything! The only thing is if you are old you may not stay here for the rock climbing. The beach cannot be accepted by elderly (it gets terrific views!) and going to the bus line is too uphilled.
