The Reefs Resort was a perfect pick for our first time in Bermuda. The food was all very good and the staff was incredibly nice. We kept meeting folks that had been coming back to the Reefs multiple times including a couple that it was their 40th year in a row at the Reefs. We can certainly see why. We loved Bermuda and will absolutely stay at The Reefs again.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. The Reefs offers a perfect oasis to reset with lovely staff, great restaurants and best of all a perfect strip of beautiful pink sand beach with sparkling azure waters. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend a cliff view room with a balcony.

The staff just goes above and beyond at the Reefs. This is our second visit, and we will definitely be returning. They had a welcome party and a repeater's party where the owner came out and greeted us and made us feel special which was very nice of them. We had an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived, and we called the front desk, and they had it fixed within an hour which was very impressive. The beach also just can't be beat! They have waiters that bring you drinks and food and are just so friendly and kind. We love this place

Expected more for the price we paid. Hotel was tired (rooms, lobby, pool area). Staff definitely didn't go above and beyond with regards to service. Sort of felt like we were renting an apartment and were then on our own. The beach was nice...until they set up for dinners on the beach all around us! Really weird to have dinner tables placed between your beach chair and the ocean!

We enjoyed the property and staff. All the guest had been coming for many years and loved it. Bus stop on street makes cheap transportation option easy. Beach is awesome. Restaurants and food are terrific with great options and staff. Pools are just right.

The beach was divine, the food was amazing. The service overall was good. It was relaxing and beautiful and just what we needed. Did an island tour with Bermudaful where we learned all about the island which rounded out our long weekend. Loved it.
