Beautiful and spacious renovated (1600 sq ft) 3BR condo located on the 2nd fairway of Pinehurst Resort and Country Club's Course No. 5. Condo across the Harness Track and a short walk to Pinehurst Club House and all its amenities.

Master bedroom has a King bed as well as a modern ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the amazing views of the golf course from the back deck. Smart TV in living Room.

The kitchen is fully appointed for meal preparation. Afterwards, come sit at large dining room table or maybe relax on the balcony overlooking the golf course.

The Pinehurst courses have played host to the US Open, the Ryder Cup Championship, the U.S. Amateur, and the PGA Championship. In 2024, the famed Pinehurst No. 2 will again host the U.S Open. The 2024 U.S. Open will be the 11th USGA championship to be hosted by the club and will be the 10th in the last 35 years, more than any other site in the United States. The course has served as the site of more single golf championships than any destination in America.

Almost all the area courses are listed among the top 100 courses in North Carolina. Four of the courses are listed among the top ten golf experiences in North Carolina. The setting on the golf course was perfect and the view from the spacious balcony was the best part. Well laid out condo with spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen and great appliances. Drivable to great bars and restaurants.

Annual golf trip for 4 retired friends

The condo was great. Very large with a well stocked kitchen. We played 6 rounds and all were within 20 minute drive. The condo looks out on Pinehurst # 5 first hole green, so you can watch groups chipping up onto the green and putting.

I rent all over the country and have never experienced a rental where the owner controlled thermostat remotely and in 95 heat with high heat index they only reduced one degree. Had to go buy fans for the rooms for it to be comfortable. Didn’t receive house rules (wouldn’t open in attachments) and was told house was trashed when we left when the only thing we left was trash in trash cans. I have rental property and this is the type of owner that would prefer you clean the rental from top to bottom before you leave and penny pinching his electric consumption during peak summer season. Nice condo- but if staying in heat of summer- recommend going elsewhere.

Fabulous place for a getaway

The location is perfect and the house was extremely clean and EXACTLY how it is pictured online. The furniture is so relaxing and just a great place to unwind after a day on the course. Beautiful place!

My family and I were in town due to the passing of my father and got to stayed here for a few days. It was a beautiful place right on the golf course, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. easy check-in, bottle waters in the fridge. Just wish we were here on better circumstances to really enjoy it. Thank you for the lovely accommodations
