Great location for our needs. Nicely appointed however the bed, pillows and sheets aren't great quality. We also didn't receive the coffee that was meant to be included with our stay, we were told they were out of stock. There is a coffee shop across the street however it was very busy. It is a small complex so you can hear your neighbors and the road noise, we brought our own noise machine so were fine, but that would be a nice addition to include in each room. The rooms were very convenient with parking right outside your door so if easy access is important to you this place is a great choice. We would stay here again, we'd just be sure to bring our own pillows.

Newly remodeled - very nice! Coffee beans with a grinder are a plus. One suggestion would be to provide somewhere to put clothes, hooks, or a rod with a hanger

This is a great place… except… the walls are so thin I could hear the neighbor snoring and their conversations clearly. If you have a quiet neighbor, this place is great! Clean, convenient and comfortable!

Great downtown Spearfish option!
Great little spot, walkable to downtown, clean and updated and had everything needed in the little kitchen. Walls a tad thin, but still a great option right in Spearfish!

Attractive renovated unit with kitchen; comfortable bed; convenient location. But refrigerator needed defrosting (door wouldn’t close) and was noisy. We couldn’t get HVAC system to work; no on-site staff and no response when we called.
