Slate Mills Baptist and other churches are located nearby. The larger town of Culpeper is just a short drive for many additional entertainment choices.
This immaculate farm cottage features an open living area with expansive views through large windows and glass doors. An eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and all modern appliances makes your cooking experience a pleasure. The entire house is handicapped accessible. It boasts two bedrooms, each with marble and tile accented en-suite bathrooms. A third half bath is conveniently located off the carport and laundry room.
Outdoors you can enjoy your coffee on the front porch looking west towards the mountains or sit on the carport listening to the babbling creek and rustling leaves. Parking is easy with a one level carport and two car turnaround area. The lawn is wonderfully landscaped with seasonal flowers, herbs, shrubs and trees, and walking around the expansive yard you'll hear the sounds of nature nearby.
