HOUSE LIMITATIONS
We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No bachelor parties or any other parties/events of any kind are permitted. Reservations are for families, groups of responsible friends, and corporate retreats only. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian.
THE HOME
The open living and dining area on the second level of the home features a flat-screen TV and huge windows with an impressive view of the lake. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and seating for 8 around the island. Home chefs can also whip up a delicious dinner to be served out on the sprawling deck - accessible from the living room with dining seating for 7, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill.
A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for guests.

* This is NOT a party residence. The home is best suited to families, families with young children, family reunion, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be quickly terminated.
* Per residential regulations, outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.
* Please note, this property does not have direct access to the lake.
* Levels in lakes Travis can vary significantly from year to year, or even month to month.
* Come to get away from it all, not to browse on your laptop. There is basic wifi but, please note, the home is in a remote location and the signal is not the best.
* Up to (4) vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Please do NOT park on the street or in front of any neighboring homes.
* Pets are not permitted
