"Lakeshore Haven" is three levels, offering plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out, but large entertaining areas to come together to make those lasting memories! There are large decks with ample seating, loungers, hot tub and a propane grill! With amazing views, a personal boat dock (you may tie your boat onto the side), easy access to the lake, and so much more awaiting, you are sure to leave with unforgettable experiences!
Main Level:
Kitchen - A large kitchen with ample prepping, and cooking space! It is amazingly equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, or mix up a good time- there is even a Margaritaville margarita machine!!
We provide a Keurig, coffee pot, KitchenAid Stand Mixer, blender, crockpot, and more!
Family Room and Dining - Lots of space for gathering together to watch a movie, enjoy the views or eat dinner!
Garage - Access is provided to the garage (one small vehicle will fit) where there is an extra refrigerator, deep freezer, ping pong table, and laundry room!
This floor also has a half bathroom.
Top Level:
The Captain's Quarters with a king-sized bed, TV with Roku, a desk space! We also provide alarm clocks that have a USB charging port.
The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious shower with a large rain shower head, plush white towels, hair dryer and all soap, shampoo, and conditioner is provided.

Lower Level: There are 3 similar bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds, TVs with Roku, and alarm clocks that double as sound machines!
Additionally, there is a bunk room with a large TV, sofa, popcorn maker, walk-out access to the outdoor deck, and bunk beds with twin over full-sized beds.
This level also has a full bathroom where we have plush white towels, hair dryer, and all soaps, shampoo, and conditioner!
The lower deck is where you're going to find the Hot Tub, with privacy from any neighbors!! It is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the lake views and sunsets!
Rent a boat or jet ski to play out on the lake, or bring your own with access to the neighborhood boat ramp (lake levels may affect usability). Explore the surrounding areas with a zip-line adventure, a hike of the beautiful Texas countryside, or plan a day trip to nearby Texas Wine Country. With tons of local eateries, you can enjoy some great food and amazing Texas BBQ, or some honky tonk at a local dive bar with live music every night (Poodie's HIlltop Roadhouse). You can also venture into downtown Austin to see what the state capital is all about with great shopping, parks, entertainment, and nightlife. (most within a 5-minute drive) you're sure to never have a dull moment or meal!! We will give you all the best places to make your stay even more amazing!

1. Property.
The property is furnished and includes such items as: fridge/freezer, stove/oven/microwave, cooking utensils and equipment, bed sheets (including spare sets accessible to the guest), bath/beach towels, essential cooking spices, baking and cooking supplies, etc. [this is not a comprehensive list.]
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and not exceed the maximum number of occupancy allowed.
3. Occupancy: Maximum number of guests is listed on each property listing site. Anyone under the age of 21 must have a guardian sign and take full responsibility for any and all damages and/or penalties. May also be subject to an additional security deposit.
4. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at __4:00_ p.m. on _ (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at _11:00 a.m. on __ (the “Checkout Date”).
5. Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is listed on each booking site according to the appropriate season, date, weekend, etc.
6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
7. Access: Guest shall allow A Stay Above The Rest access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. A Stay Above The Rest shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner..
8. Rental Rate and Fees
Deposit: No security deposit is required unless otherwise stated by booking agent/site.
Fireplace (if applicable): Failure to properly clean ashes from the fireplace, if used, will result in a $50 charge
Fire-pit (if applicable): Failure to properly clean ashes from the fire-pit, if used, will result in a $50 charge
BBQ Grill (if applicable): Failure to properly clean the bbq grill, if used, will result in a $50 charge
Charge for Damages: Claims of damage will be communicated by A Stay Above The Rest within _14_ days of the Checkout Date based on the following:
– damage to the property or furnishings;
– dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
– failure to adhere to the rental rules outlined in exhibit A; or
– any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform A Stay Above The Rest immediately.
Rental Rate. Rental rates will be communicated via booking site. Payment in full shall be due according to timeframe specified by listing site.
