Das Zimmer war ok ,mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Dusche war voller Kalk und an der Decke schimmelte es . Das Abendessen: Vorspeise war in Ordnung. Entrecote war a point anstatt saigneant (Fleisch war trotzdem sehr zart und gut) Zürchergeschnetzteltes war ok . Fleisch war sehr gut . Aber alles nur lauwarm da links der Pfirsich rechts die Sahne beides direkt vom Kühlschrank auf den Teller kamen . Ein wenig Deko wäre schön für den Preis. Das Dessert war gut die Käseplatte auch. Der Wein fantastisch ( leider nicht dekantiert für einen Nebbiolo 2016 der luft braucht um sich zu entfalten oder grössere Gläser . Also brauchten wir ziemlich zeit bis er seinen ganzen runden ,voll mundigen und fruchtigen Geschmack bekam. Wie nahmen ihn dann mit auf das Zimmer. Wir waren zu hinterst im Saal ,wohl gut gemeinnt wegen dem Fensterplatz ( Sicht auf den See) leider waren da die Stühle der Terasse aufgebahrt ,das war es dann mit der Aussicht. Es zog auch ziemich unter dem Fenster herein. Frühstück : es hatte von allem . Es war gut , genug Auswahl. Wellnessbereich: Schwimmbad ok ausser Blachen an den Wänden und es funktionierte nur eine Düse , nirgends eine Beschreibung . Haben es dann selber rausgefunden . Dusche defekt. Fazit: Hotel Preis ok ( Spätbucher): Essen zum Preis von 250 fr hätte ich als Gastronom ein wenig mehr erwartet

Die lauthalse lästereien des Personals über andere Arbeitskollegen und Gäste im Speisesaal wo alle dies mitkriegen gehören sich nicht!! Auch die beschwerden über die Arbeitsanstellungen und die unzufriedenheit des Personals waren nicht zu überhören. Wer weis wie das Personal über uns gelästert hat bei unserer abwesenheit. Sehr schade das es ansonsten ein schöner aufenthalt war.

Keinen freundlicher empfang, Zimmer ohne Minibar. nichts für Liebhaber schöner Wellness anlagen beim Schwimmbad ein Gebastel schlimm, kein Sauna bereich.
