I loved how close we were to the main areas yet we felt far away. The place felt as if it were our own home. Loved our number 5 apartment as it had beautiful views. It is a few stairs up so not the easiest of the rooms but well worth it in my opinion. Fully stocked and very spacious and clean.

Zephyrus Boutique was the perfect location for us to explore Split (and the neighboring peninsula) by foot. We were able to drop our luggage off and check-in early. While waiting for our room, we sat in the lovely courtyard and were given tasty fruit juices to sip on. The kitchen area in our room was small (just a counter w/ small fridge and dishes under it), but perfect for our needs. Breakfast items (milk, juice, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea) were provided and every morning a basket of fresh, local fruit was sitting in the courtyard for the guests to enjoy. The local market was a short walk away, so we were able to easily get any other items needed. Marijana, our hostess, did an amazing job. She was there to warmly welcome her guests and the communication before arrival was spot on. We also enjoyed the shared washer and dryer - coming off a bike/boat trip, we had a week's worth of dirty laundry. The price was very reasonable. Great stay, thank you!!

Cozy, beautiful boutique hotel
My recent stay at this beautiful boutique hotel was absolutely delighted. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The rooms were immaculately clean and had a cozy, welcoming feel to them. Staff were incredibly friendly and responsive which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept hotel with fantastic service, I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. The room is so cute and clean, and the views are amazing! Marijana was a great hostess, and communication was easy. We appreciated the breakfast foods (yogurt, cereal) and coffee that she provided.

Perfect hideaway in central Split
This was an ideal balance for our brief visit to Split. Close to the centre of the old town, easy to access, excellent service and hospitality, and a comfortable and spacious room. Marijana was most helpful, providing a light breakfast (a surprise bonus) and helping with our very early airport transfer. The location is perfect for touring the historic sights of Split, for accessing the harbour (for ferry arrival/departure, or tours), and for exploring the Marjan and waterfront sights. Restaurants are nearby and of a high standard. The hotel has a lovely courtyard, ideal for breakfast or relaxing. The laundry was also handy, in the heat of summer.

The property is in a very good location. The only problem it’s not drive able to the hotel. You’d have to walk about fifth of a mile to get to it. Other than that it was great

Firstly, the location is perfect, a short walk from the bustling town and promenade. Set in a quiet side street, we enjoyed views over the harbour from a large comfortable apartment with all possible amenities. We arrived on an early flight and messaged the accommodation hoping the room could be ready earlier than planned. They madethat possible allowing us to check in on arrival. Our host Marijana took our mobile number and said we can message any time for anything. So helpful. The apartment really made for a great week in and around Split. On departure, we we able to leave bags in the room and enjoy showers before heading out for a late flight home. We would return for sure.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean with good facilities of a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, cereals, milk and yoghurt as well as plates, cutlery and glasses. We arrived early and pur room was ready so the host allowed us to enter the room early which was great. There is an internal courtyard to sit and relax or leave your bags. It is very close to the water and all shops etc
