Lovely rooms and perfect walking distance to everything in Split! The host was thoughtful and helped arrange transportation. Beautiful shared courtyard. Would absolutely stay again!

Firstly, the location is perfect, a short walk from the bustling town and promenade. Set in a quiet side street, we enjoyed views over the harbour from a large comfortable apartment with all possible amenities. We arrived on an early flight and messaged the accommodation hoping the room could be ready earlier than planned. They madethat possible allowing us to check in on arrival. Our host Marijana took our mobile number and said we can message any time for anything. So helpful. The apartment really made for a great week in and around Split. On departure, we we able to leave bags in the room and enjoy showers before heading out for a late flight home. We would return for sure.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean with good facilities of a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, cereals, milk and yoghurt as well as plates, cutlery and glasses. We arrived early and pur room was ready so the host allowed us to enter the room early which was great. There is an internal courtyard to sit and relax or leave your bags. It is very close to the water and all shops etc

The property is very nice and clean and AC works well for for the entire property. The property owner is very welcoming and helpful. Overall a nice stay. The parking and distance from the property are terrible. I spent over an hour looking for parking the evening I rented. (The owner did offer help with the baggage while I looked for parking which I appreciate) The walk is 6-8 mins from the nearest parking and up hill. The other issue was that some of the amenities listed on the listed cost extra. Using the Laundry was $10 a night. We rented this specifically for the laundry. Ended up not using it because we did not want to pay for it. Some of the items in the house cost money to use as well.

This was a lovely stay for our first time in Split. It was walkable to the Riva and the attractions. We had a full kitchen, which was nice to make meals in. Grocery stored are also nearby. Lovely view from our balcony as well.

Lovely accomodation and lovely host. Spotless and spacious. Cereal and milk provided which was the icing on the cake. Taxi service arranged by owner was convenient and equal in cost to public providers.

Such a beautiful spot in the heart of Split. Walking distance to all the action, yet quiet and safe at the same time. The staff is extremely accommodating and nice. Cool, very clean and comfortable room. I would come back without any hesitation. Thank you for having us!

I loved my short stay at Zephyrus! Marijana welcomed me and gave me a map of the local area. She is so friendly, wanting to be sure, even as I left, that my needs were met! The room was so comfortable, quiet, very convenient to the port, and accommodating for me in every way! I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the Zephyrus Boutique Hotel, and wished we could have stayed more than one night. Everything about our stay was perfect from beginning to end. Great communication with our lovely host, Marijuana. The airport transfer that she arranged for was on time and reasonably priced, with a spacious and immaculate Mercedes van. We stayed in the attic room (#5), which is comfortably appointed. The kitchenette had everything we needed, including coffee, yogurt, cereal, juice & coffee. Bed was comfy, and the bathroom had space for toiletries, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. The individually-controlled a/c worked perfectly. The room looked just like the photos, and was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the shared courtyard, which is a shady spot for relaxing or having a beverage. We high recommend this sobe. Although it is not directly accessible by taxi, but Marijald met us to at the nearby drop-off point, to help with our luggage. As lovely as it is, this may not be the best place for travelers with mobility issues. Our room was several (4? I lost count) floors up a narrow, winding staircase. And, as charming as we found our room, it is a converted attic, with a low, slanted ceiling. At 5'6, I could only stand in the very middle of the bathroom, where the shower is. And, if you are one to dress to the nines for a night out, be aware that the only mirror is the small one over the sink, which I had to bend over to use.

Ideal accommodation for all amenities and great area in its location. Good little suntrap on the balcony with fantastic view of the harbour and Brac. Nothing was too much trouble and every effort was made to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay near historic Split
I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! Marijana personally met me to give me the key and show me around. She also arranged a taxi from the airport for me. The apartment itself is beautiful and pristinely clean, with an incredible view. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the sunsets. The kitchen was also thoughtfully stocked with breakfast, cereals, yogurt, milk, and coffee, which I really appreciated. The apartment is also within easy walking distance of historic Split, including Diocletian‘s palace, a ton of great restaurants, and the ferry port. The only potential drawback was that there were several flights of stairs, so people with limited mobility might find that a barrier. Otherwise, it was a 10/10 experience, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend!
Marijana was the most accommodating host. She literally went out of her way at every turn to make sure we were comfortable. We also loved the location of the hotel. It’s in a cute little neighborhood a few blocks away for the madness of tourism. Highly recommend this property!

Antonia was a fabulous host! Great communication, welcoming and friendly. The property was as pictured, comfy sofas, great shower and extremely comfortable beds. It was perfect for our family of 4, and we loved the terrace with the picturesque rooftops and sea view. The old town is literally a 3 min walk away, with bakery, small supermarket and lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and of course Diocletians palace. We had an amazing time in Split and Antonia and Zephyrus we’re a big part of that. Highly recommend! 💕

The staff was very accommodating. It was located in a convent location for old town Split. It had a nice little courtyard to relax in. I would stay there again if I go back to Split.

The Zephyrus is lovely with all the facilities you would need for your stay. It was unfortunate that during our 4 day stay in October 2023 there was a water leek in the bathroom sink with water gushing onto the floor. We managed to reduce the flow by turning off the hot water but the cold valve had seized. Antonia, who runs the Zephyrus but does not live on-site, did not answer her phone, WhatsApp messages or text messages and, not speaking Croatian, we had nowhere to seek help. By morning the water had seeped into the bedroom so we had to lift our cases off the floor which was now slippery and dangerous. Antonia did not respond until 6:00am the following morning and we had to vacate the room until one became available after 11:00am. No gesture was made to us for the inconvenience apart from apologies.
