Summary:
Blockhouse Life is a new sustainable community with net-zero designs built in Spokane's South Perry Street. We promote a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that creates a unique, memorable experience for our guests and our planet! Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

The Space:
Our Pacific Micro Studios are sustainably built and are net-zero micro designs. With our signature Sustainable Stays™, our guests reduce their carbon footprint by simply staying with us. The interior of the Micro Studios is a Biophilic Design that makes you feel more connected to the natural environment by having exposed Cross Laminated Timber wood panels. We focused on making the space feel comfortable and memorable with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a modern bathroom.

Guest Access:
You'll have full private access to your private Blockhouse, which has a smart lock for simple access, a private bathroom, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchenette. We have a few common grass areas for pets or hanging out, private EV chargers on-site, and a rideshare location for simple pickup.

The Neighborhood:
South Perry District is one of the coolest, most unique locations in Spokane, Wa. And Blockhouse life lets you take full advantage of everything Perry has to offer, like the funky cool shops, Perry Street Brewery, South Perry Pizza, The Wellness Tree, South Perry Lantern, and the sprawling Grant Park. Blockhouse Perry is seriously only a minute walking distance away! Still, with all this to offer, Perry Street, at its core, is a unique cozy little neighborhood that provides a quiet getaway.

Our Pacific Micro Studios are 240sqft with a multi-purpose layout. The living room and bedroom are the same space. We utilize a foldable Murphy bed to create a flexible dual-purpose space. If there’s anything you need to make your stay at Blockhouse Life as smooth as possible, we’ve got you covered!

Our staff is available for any questions or concerns that may arise to ensure you have the most care-free stay possible. If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you and your guests.

Great neighborhood/Good central location
The property is well kept, easy to function in, friendly and located in a great part of Spokane. Food, Drink and even some groceries all available in a short walk. Really enjoyed it. And there was no problem with our dog. Big plus for that.

perfect for two people and 1 dog. However I suggest a binder with info for operating the air conditioner and washer. I also suggest this binder contain info of closest urgent care or hospital and restaurant recommendations. Otherwise it was perfect.

Awesome stay!
This is very comfortable, all we needed traveling with food to cook and remaining self sustained. Bed was great, kitchen and refrigerator/freezer good sized, the combo washer/dryer efficient (just allow some time), shower and bathroom clean and it just all felt very solid and safe and very homey. Highly recommend for couples traveling, and extra thanks for prompt and helpful communication from property management. Blockhouse Life works! Thank you!!

I really like the Blockhouse Life place we twice stayed (Perry #2) this summer. Impeccably clean, nicely air conditioned, with everything you need. The grounds are nice, the deck outside the door with the chairs and table were a very nice place to end our long drive. The bedc was very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked. And the neighborhood has great places to eat, and grab coffee, and was a safe place to walk the dog. I highly recommend.

Loved it!
My stay at Blockhouse Perry was very enjoyable. As a walker I loved the location and distance from Downtown, to my friends on E 33rd, 'and Trader Joe's. My unit, #2, was clean, nicely decorated, great shower, comfortable bed, and plenty of cooking supplies. I had a very busy season at a remote lodge, in Alaska. I chose the blockhouse to rest up for the fall/winter season and wanted to see how I managed in a space under 300 feet. NO PROBLEM! The shops around the area were fun, had a massage almost directly across the street, loved Title Nine, and I just enjoyed walking the area and finding cool surprises. Cool set of stairs at the end of Perry, and I used them to work out on. Fun market across the street where I ate homemade ice cream. I loved fall the trees around the uinits, strings of lights, and well just everything! While I have not made up my mind 100%, I am considering a 2 month stay this winter. I highly recommend Blockhouse Perry!! Sammie, the onsite manager is lovely! xo
