Perfect for large groups, family vacations, long term stays and much more! features four bedrooms with six beds available and two couches for two more to stay on. There are two large smart TVs, fire place, outdoor firepit, covered deck, onsite parking and a ping pong table! Fully remodeled kitchen has Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, plates, cups, utensils and several other essentials.

Had a wonderful stay!
Ryan was such a wonderful and accomadating host to our crew. He was wonderfully patient and responsive, as I've never booked a place before, and went above and beyond to help me when a weird glitch happened when booking. And then when we accidentally left something behind, he helped us out to be able to get back in the home to retrieve the missing item. The place was perfectly clean and cozy and obviously well taken care of. This is just a side but the blue kitchen was absolutely adorable! If you're looking for a spacious, clean, cozy place to stay, with a pleasant and present host. Ryan's VRBO listing is the obvious choice! Thank you Ryan

Our stay was a success & our daughters wedding also. Grateful for a large gathering place for meals & games. Wish I could of gotten the grill going for burgers one night but no propane.

Graduation Family Gathering
The house was perfect for our group of 6 to celebrate WSU Master’s and Doctoral graduates in the family. Plenty of space. Wonderful neighborhood. Conveniently located for all the other activities we enjoyed while in Spokane. This house is even nicer than what the pictures show!

Simple and Clean
This house worked perfectly for us. We had a nearby wedding, and it was very convenient. For reference- no shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. The two downstairs beds are double, single bunks. We had a nice, quick stay and the owner was very responsive.

All the space we needed, and more!
This house was perfect for our visit with family in Spokane. It had plenty of space, bathrooms and sleeping options for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids aged 7-11). The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. There is a bit of road noise at night, but we never travel without sound machines, so it wasn’t a problem! The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire house was clean upon arrival. It was about 15 minutes to downtown Spokane, and about 25 minutes to Fairchild AFB. I would recommend this home if you need a place to stay in Spokane!

Needs some seating and amenities
I think this is a new rental but it needs some basic Kitchen bowls, pots and pans, salt and pepper shakers would have been nice (along with some basic spices). Sleeps 10 but only has a dinning table for four and four bar stools. Upstairs living room only seats six. Downstairs needs a portable heater. Pretty chilly down there if the upstairs doesn’t want to roast. Lastly, having to strip beds and take used towels to the laundry and paying a cleaning fee - I don’t understand.

Ryan is an amazing host!
I had friends come over to celebrate my birthday at this property. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, and the ping pong table was an added bonus that were all enjoyed. We all had an incredible time and I am definitely considering rebooking for my birthday next year! Thanks again Ryan for the awesome space and great communication!
