The Neighborhood:
North Spokane is a beautiful residential and safe area of the city yet easy access to the sports arenas, performing arts center, airport, and downtown. Additionally, the north end of town features some of the most beautiful natural areas of the Inland Northwest. It’s not unusual to see deer, wild turkeys, and even moose in this part of town! The natural beauty, outdoor activities, and many local attractions truly make this a special area that we are proud to call home. With many rivers, 100 lakes within 60 miles, and large parks for the family, there is no shortage of things to do here. We also have kayaks, paddleboards, and more available for an additional fee.

A nearby public bus stop makes public transportation a breeze. For local hiking and walking spots contact us and we'll share all our insider tips.

Please note that this guest studio is behind the main house, also a short term rental. You'll each have your own separate driveways and patio areas. Flat ground entry.
