Overall nice facility. Downtown Spokane is a bit confusing with all of the one-way streets...... but facility was nice and clean. One thing thst could be improved..... is more signage in parking garage on how to grt in the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. It is close to the park and shopping center. It was a fun time. Easy to walk around the area and check stuff out. We will be back.

I’ve stayed at the property dozens of times over the last 8 years. Recently they were bought by a boutique investor. The pillows are oversized, lumpy, and hurt my neck, this was new. They are using cheaper harsher toilet paper. And after 8p there’s nowhere except a near by bar to get a snack or water, they need a convenient place to buy toiletries on site.

The staff were very friendly. The room was ready early. The shower was in the middle of maintenance so there was no shower head, but staff quickly fixed that. The Jr. Suite has boatloads of room, but no fridge.
