This property is fantastic. I was welcomed with a smile and a water bottle. Great welcoming lobby, lots of seating and tons of snack options. Shower had 11/10 water pressure and the AC blew ice cold. Great hotel for travelers passing through

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The stylish and cozy rooms were impeccably clean, and the service at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the billiards table made our evening unforgettable. Additionally, the nearby park was perfect for strolling with children. We definitely plan to return.

Cleanliness.spacious bathroom.Quality breakfast. There was no microwave and no closet in room. I’ve requested the attendant, he explained they don’t provide microwave. But next day the housekeeper informed us they provide microwave if you request. So I’m little confused about his response. Otherwise we had good time.

Our greeting started prior to arrival, with a welcome text offering to help make our upcoming stay comfortable. So kind! The staff welcomed us warmly and helpfully. Our room was very clean and bright with a lovely view of a park. The beds are comfy with 3 pillow choices. Our stay included a variety of breakfast options and LaVazza coffee. The hotel is easy to reach from the I-90 freeway.

I’ve never had any issues at a Hilton, but for some reason our room was unusually noisy. It sounded like someone was stomping around in the room above us until about 10pm , then again for a while at 4am, and then again from about 6a until we checked out at 9:30. When the noise was present , it was loud and constant, didn’t just come and go. Weird . Maybe it was a ghost .

The hotel and staff were nice. The room was way too small! We had a king size room. No closet, just a hanging area. It was hard to get around the room because too small and no areas to put suitcases.

This was a great choice of hotel to stay at with my children. We stayed two nights for a weekend in Silverwood. Staff were friendly, great and helpful. Loved how quests got together in the lobby for breakfast. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back next time we're around.
