Martee greeted us after hours and went above and beyond that exceeded our expectations. He helped us when we needed help with our reservations and the general manager was willing to accommodate us. This hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and is outside of Zion National Park. We were able to go to Bryce Canyon which is about an hour and a half a way from this location. The breakfast voucher to Oscar’s is definitely a plus and the restaurants are within walking distance. We ate at many of the establishments but Oscar’s was my favorite and Pizza and Noodles was fantastic.

Its a great place to stay, close to zion park and downtown. Theres even a shuttle stop next to the hotel.

We had a nice "elevated" double queen with a wonderful patio next to the river and views of the mountains. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Also, the hot tub had tons of foam forming when the jets turned on indicating it needed some attention. Other than that, our stay was terrific!

We bought breakfast voucher from the hotel clerk for $8.00 each for Oscars restaurant. it included one entre and drink from the menu. Very good. I would differently recommend doing this. A nice stay for two days!
The Driftwood was nice and the location being in Springdale was very convenient to the park and eateries. They offer a voucher to the local restaurant Oscars that gets you a very good $8 breakfast! Overall nice experience. Not the plushest but for me , it’s about the park experience.

The staff is very nice and eager to help when there are issue. We had a question about the shuttle schedule and they were able to help us get it figured out. The room is very clean and we haven't had any issues with it. This has been such a great experience we plan on coning back again.
