Except the fact the guy at the front was very jovial , everything else was awful . He was jovial to talk to but he did not make our stay comfortable like you would expect for a 300 a night hotel . The room was not cleaned properly and my wife left a voicemail but no response from him whatsoever . The cleaning lady did attend as I saw some towels taken out but the beds were not made and trash lying next to the coffee machine . That was just below par . The room doesn’t even have a good carpet . So it feels cold just a warning . The fan doesn’t work so well and the room was hot . We were also short of pillows and when we called nobody picked up . I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone visiting Zion

Peaceful Zion
Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The view from our room was breathtaking. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the young man was helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay at this lodge again and refer my friends to stay.

I was welcomed by Marty who was wonderful to chat with and shares a birthday with my wedding anniversary. I was traveling for work and was fortunate enough to find such a gem within my budget. It doesn't get much better than the patio and hot tub right outside the South entrance of Zion. The bed was on the softer side, not too firm and I slept very well. I would stay here every time I come through if I could. I thank Hans as well, I appreciate the accommodations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the option of hopping on and off the shuttle right in front of the place. We were there in November, and although we were told the hot tub was up and running, it was clearly shut down for the season. The laundry room and ice maker room had several things out of order, and were a bit run down. Also, the restaurant attached to the lodge is not part of the lodge, and to get breakfast, we had the option of purchasing a discounted voucher to go get breakfast about a mile away.

Love this property! Beautiful large room with separate space for sitting, tv, and kitchen area. Convenient to everything. Staff was super nice at checkin.
