Come stay in our fabulous downtown loft. Original building was constructed in 1926. Loft has all the modern amenities and is in the heart of downtown Springfield. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or go out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Coded entry into the building and personal lock code to loft. Located on the first floor with designated parking spot in private lot.

Downtown loft
Overall, we very much enjoyed this loft and its location in reference to downtown Springfield! We only had three adults, but there was plenty of sleep space for more. The loft was beautiful on the inside! We were just a block or two away from anywhere we wanted to go out downtown! The host was incredibly easy to contact and allowed us to check-in a bit early, which we very much appreciated!

Overnight stay to connect with a good friend. Loft was unique and perfect. A little trouble figuring out the outdoor code box. Chris was prompt and quickly drove over to make sure I could get it. Great host & loft. Will stay again!

The neighborhood had some transient activity, but the building was secure and clean. It is close to several hangout spots. The host was gracious and communicative, everything was exactly as posted. It was perfect for an overnight stop on our road trip south.

This is my second time staying here. Great loft and great host. Coffee, light snacks, and toiletries available on sight if you've forgotten anything. Walking distance from restaurants and nightlife. Our go to place to stay for a girls night out.

Perfect urban loft
I staying here for a week with my son while visiting family. The loft was clean and spacious with everything we needed to make it home for a week. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. This was a surprise 75th birthday weekend for my mom. This place made it perfect! I had some confusion of the location due to the exterior picture on the listing but Chris was immediately available for a call and stayed on with me until I was inside his home! Surprisingly cute loft
Don't be fooled by the outside of the building--this loft is absolutely darling and perfect! We had a 12 yr old's slumber party here and the kids were enchanted by the cute space, the ping pong table, and the fun bedrooms. Everything works and is nicer than expected; the linens etc are all quality too. The property manager was helpful and so easy to work with--one of the best VRBO managers I've ever had! Thanks for having us!
