I always come back to say at this hotel. The people here are friendly. The front desk receptionist always makes you feel welcome. The security guard is also helpful and friendly. The hospitality here is fantastic. The only thing I will suggest is for the lobby To smell cleaner or have a pleasant scent. Maybe buy a few plugins to make the lobby smell nice.

Our stay was perfect for our needs. The room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, with cozy beds and pillows despite its location in front of the elevator. The room and the hotel were clean and modern, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was satisfactory and rounded out an overall great experience. Huge kudos to the reception team—both women were incredibly professional, which is something that's often lacking nowadays!

We arrived at 4:30 pm check in starts at 4 pm our room was not ready. After waiting for 1/2 an hour told room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. They upgraded us to a suite due to inconvenience. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, even allowed me to borrow a plug for my phone. I needed a plug because the rooms do not have USB charging ports. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds had pillowcases indicating if it was soft or firm. Parking was in a lot across the street from the property. Hotel was less than a 3 minute walk from MGM Springfield. The complimentary breakfast served in the lobby area was lacking to say the least. Dry cereal, rubbery hard boiled eggs, premade and microwaved omelets, turkey sausage patties and pork link sausage and mini muffins. No pancakes, waffles, bacon or oatmeal.
