50th friends reunion
This was a 50 year reunion trip for five girlfriends that met as Freshman at UMass in 1974. We had a great time reminiscing and touring the campus and stayed overnight in the hotel which got us all rooms on the same floor. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It is amazing to me that the front desk could not find a wine opener for me to use. The guy at front desk said that there wereNONE available. How can this be if there is a Hotel and Restaurant Dept. at UMASS, and so many dining facilities and clubs. Terrible!

Very nice hotel right in the middle of campus. Convenient parking and lots of casual dining options in the food court on the 2nd floor. Clean, well maintained and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent property. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room and interior of the hotel are beautiful. The exterior of the Hotel needs more signage. Because the style of the exterior of the building you could easily pass by the property.

My issues with the hotel had to do with heat in the room. You could not adjust thermostat to make it warmer. No one answered at the front desk when I called. I’m assuming the heat could not be override from the room. It also took a very long time for the water to heat up in the shower, which is what I tried to do to keep warm. I slept in a sweatshirt and pants.
